We went to Scopazzis last night for dinner. It was Father’s Day, so I can understand a full house backing up the kitchen. It would have been nice for the waitstaff to acknowledge the delay, apologizing for the wait and periodically checking in with us. We were uncomfortable having to ask about the hold up. We received our meals 75 minutes after ordering. When they arrived, both of our filet’s were quite overdone. Not wanting to wait any longer, we ate what they delivered. My bf’s seven year old ordered spaghetti, pretty simple. It was so salty she could barely eat it, taking a drink of water after each bite. It was a nice idea and it’s a beautiful atmosphere in the restaurant; but we won’t be back anytime soon.

We stayed at redwood resort rv park For relaxing few days. ( great quiet park) not expecting a great dining experience. But decided on Scopazzi’s, For a small town like Boulder Creek. , this place was amazing( even if it were S .F. ) everything was to notch. Would definitely come back!! Have to try the clam chowder

the food was just about average and honestly you can get better at olive garden. it wasn’t bad but for the price you would expect better. the service was the worst part in my opinion. they bring bread but forgot the butter. the only way we knew that we got butter in the first place was seeing others have it, and we had to ask for it. they also mixed up the drink orders. we had to ask for the correct drink. the wait was also a bit long. the waiters were friendly enough, but they just kept getting things wrong. overall, too expensive, average food, and bad service. the atmosphere was cool though.

Prawn Scampi with risotto… Seriously? Sauce was a gravy rather than a refreshing lemon garlic sauce. Old fashion at the bar was… not an old fashion. Very very disappointed, would never come here with an assumption it will be Italian food.

This place is beautiful. It’s like stepping back in time. The food is delicious. Great customer service. All in all, we had a wonderful dinner.

I have been there many times. Service was always excellent. I love the atmosphere and the bar is a historical time warp. There is always a good selection of tap ales. Entrees are a bit pricey, but consistently delicious with good portion sizes. The best fettuccine Alfredo I have EVER had (and I have had it in Italy, New York, Chicago, etc.)

We found this place driving back from a winery up in the mountains. What a find. The outdoor space was huge, they had tall heaters and a wood burning fire pit on the lower patio. The service was fantastic and seems everyone was a local besides us. We will definitely be back.
