Ordered the mile high nachos after they were out of chicken wings.looked good online so picked them i got a plate of corn chips with yellow cheese that tasted like fish for 14.00. Very disappointed will never eat there again. Worst experience ever and false advertising at its finest

We were heading to Albany NY and the Patriots game was starting soon so we looked up this Bar and Grill. 17 miles off interstate 80. We had the best time and great food! Jen (Spiller) was such a friendly, efficient attentive person.We watched the game, someone had a birthday there and shared their cake The atmosphere was great! We loved it! Thank you! Worth the trip!

Service was disorganized and the entrees brought out to our group in random intervals instead of all at once. Drink orders were mixed up and one diner simply didn’t get a meal. Long delays in service while workers appeared to be standing around. The food was okay, but not worth the price in light of poor service. It seemed like there is a systemic problem in the restaurant.

will not be returning. took 30 for a waitress to come to our table and 10 to get the drinks then we waited for 2 hours to get our food. we had to pretty much beg to get drink refills while we waited. the food was burnt. our waitress never came to ask us how everything was or anything she would just stand around.

Food was decent when they got it accurate. Service is extremely slow. Reason I believe is a ton of employees were on their cell phones hanging out. I went to the bathroom and one employee was standing at the sink playing on his cell phone. Service on the bowling side was super fast. They watched their tables and lanes and were on point. I’ll give the restaurant side another try.

Very very bad experience. Morgan our took our appetiter without asking if we were done and then told us to “enjoy” enjoy what you took our food. Never returned back to our table until she realized the bar tender was assisting us. We change our ticket to the bar tender which a $50.00 tip was given to her. Visiting from Atlanta on business, but would not be coming back.

went there today and spent 97 dollars and the food was burnt and the waitress was very rude. she brought out the wrong food and then took it to the table next to us and said “lets try this and slammed it down”. my girlfriend ordered a burger and it was way burnt. she couldn’t even eat it. my cheese stake was way to over cooked as well. was not happy with it at all for our first experience there.

Restaurant is great. Great food, drinks, staff is friendly. The arcade/bowling is there biggest downfall. They’re not sure if they’re a Dave and Busters or a Hooplas. They push the alcohol through the entire building, yet little kids are running all over the place. If they’re open so late it should be adults from 9pm to midnight or something along those lines. They also reserve bowling lanes via phone before the party is even there which then defers their current customers not allowing them to play. It should be first come first serve with the Lanes. Bathrooms were also disgusting. Took our business to Faxon instead. Cool place and neat idea but not ran correctly.
