I went here for the first time with my wife. I looked at the menu and previous reviews. My wife started with the pimento cheese dip, and I got a cup of the mushroom soup. It has 7 different kinds of mushrooms. It was creamy and pretty rich. The mushrooms added the chomp. For the main course, my wife got the pork rib eye and I went for a monster burger. Typically, when I’ve had a burger with so many toppings, the beer gets lost. Not in this burger. It was very good. One of my top burgers. The egg was perfect, 2 pieces of bacon, lettuce, tomato, house made pickles, potato strings, and cheese. What a monster… I still managed to try my wife’s, and the gravy for the pork was amazing. I wanted to get dessert, but I couldn’t. We will save that for next time.

Moved to Pinehurst a year ago and have always wanted to try this place. Amazing is all I can say. Seated quickly, friendly staff, food had a great presentation and was so tasty. My other half had the meatloaf and I had the pork ribeye. Wow.

What an amazing place! While you may tend to pass this place as it is located on the end of a shopping plaza, the food and service is absolutely amazing. Perhaps one of the best places in Southern Pines.

My wife and I have been here several times and have had a great dining experience at Scott’s table but tonight was very disappointing. My wife and I usually like to go out and have a nice dinner. We like date night. We usually will spend 2-3 hours, usually spending $150-$200. This was a very rushed night. Took 20 mins for us to get 2 cocktails that we ordered before dinner. Ordered a bottle of wine but didn’t get it till after our entrees. Before I could finish dinner I was asked if I wanted dessert. Obviously these waiters waitresses don’t know how to make money. We were rushed out so we ended up going somewhere else for after dinner drinks. I will have to say on a positive note, the young guy that was running the food was an asset to your business. Worked hard and efficiently to get us what we needed. He is good for your business.

Scott’s Table was a great experience. Their menu shares the story of the owner’s dream to open his own restaurant. You can appreciate the energy and hard work of the staff to make this family-run business succeed. Our server Savannah was great. Started with the fried risotto and mozzarella balls; very good. We had the shrimp po’boy sandwich with a side of their potato salad and a steak. Everything was prepared and served very well. Finished with the frozen peppermint cheesecake and the beignets. Both delicious. Overall great value and good food. Glad we chose Scott’s for a meal during weekend in Southern Pines and Pinehurst.

The menu is fabulous! The pimento cheese chip with crosstini was delicious. The bloody mary wasn’t my thing- it is made with plain tomato juice so just kinda bland with vodka. Although they made it with a croissant like I requested, the crab sandwich was just okay and not what I had hoped for. I am still very interested in trying their wild mushroom ragout!!
