I hired Scratch Kitchen to cater not just my wedding day, but also the rehearsal dinner. They did an incredible job, creating delicious food and presenting the buffet and the staff were very timely and so professional. Scratch Kitchen created two separate dinners so that each night was all new choices and catered to all dietary restrictions easily. I even had a few last minute changes that they took without complaint. It was wonderful to work and easy to communicate with them.

So good. Great mix of flavors, creative and well made! Bbq mango salsa- mmm. Great stop on the way to go fishing, and they give you a good amount of chips with the salsa so it lasts a while. We had fish tacos, barbecoa, and carne asada and all were really good!!

Rebecca and her wonderful mom recently catered our son’s rehearsal dinner. I’ve never used a caterer before so I wasn’t sure what to expect. I was blown away at how much they did for us! My son and his bride chose to have a taco bar and it was beyond fabulous! Everything was set up and presented beautifully. The food was fresh and delicious, the desserts were just delightful. I was truly so happy I almost cried! Our guests had plenty of food and they devoured the fajitas. Not a cookie bar was left! Scratch Kitchen has a special place in my heart forever!

We used this fabulous crew to cater our small wedding (21 people). We choose their BBQ menu, and HOLY COW it was delicious! Exceeded our expectations! We had plenty of food (leftovers for the next few days) and it was just as good. Amazing meat, sides, very responsive during planning, and awesome to work with. Would highly recommend and would definitely use them again. Missing their sissy sauce even NOW!

We received so many compliments on the food from guests & folks were hustling to claim leftovers at the end of the night to eat later. It was absolutely delicious & Rebecca was so easy to work with on all the logistics/setup. Professional service and great food, absolutely recommend!

The LaBamba tacos with brisket and bbq mango salsa was quite possibly the best taco combo I have had. The corn tortillas are fresh and tasty. Less than $6 for one fat taco.Will be thinking about that taco for a long time to come. Please be here next year when I visit Buena Vista again.

Highly recommend this place in BV! We came by for breakfast tacos and burritos. They came loaded with all kinds of goodness and were fantastic. The staff are also super friendly. Definitely grab yourself a burrito and go enjoy it by the beautiful creek which is about 50 yards from the truck.
