Disappointed. I ordered two pieces of fried whiting today via Uber Eats and this is what I received. Not only was the presentation bad, but so was the fish. It was dry and rubbery with no flavor at all. Makes me wonder if the fish was fake.

I’ve been going to this spot since the very first days it opened and the quality has steadily gone down. I’m guessing that due to inflation they probably had to adjust some recipes and whatnot but it’s not the same anymore. If I have to wait over 45 minutes for food, I’d like it to have flavor at the very least. I used to faithfully get mac shrimp and bbq jerk chicken wings and in the few years they’ve been in operation I’ve seen the recipe to those (formerly) perfect dishes go DOWN. Before the recipe changes you could taste the succulent shrimp juices ALL throughout the CREAMY mac and cheese, now its dried out, the noodles were bland to the max and flavor was severely lacking. The old jerk BBQ had the thickest most luxurious and spicy taste ever and now the sauce is not the same anymore. I truly hope one day this place returns to the original recipes. Til then I will not spend upgraded prices on downgraded food.

I ordered two orders of cat fish and fries. The cat fish was good but the fries in both orders were old and hard. I was disappointed because come on, it shouldn’t be hard to give your customers fresh fries.

The staff was friendly and the place was clean. The food was very good. It wasn’t over seasoned nor bland, it was just right (for me). The portion sizes are worth it for the money spent. I will definitely be back.

The thing about this restaurant was not the food I ordered (I ordered fish & chips), it was all the food I didn’t order. I saw some Delicious looking bake mac & cheese, candied yams, also some tasty looking salmon. I didn’t sample any but the food sure looked appealing to taste. The staff was very friendly and generous with the giving of condiments. Cool vibes at this place!!
