Waited 35 minutes. Potatoes, egg, and sausage were old. Potatoes had literally turned brown like as if they had been reheated multiple times. Corn was old and tough. Nothing had any flavor at all. The little sauce there was did not taste anything like it usually does. It did not come in the aluminum pan like it used to. It was a small styrofoam tray that didn’t hold near as much food but the price was even higher. Paid $76 and some change and no one will eat it it’s so bad. Make it so bad, it was supposed to be my birthday dinner. Hope others have a better experience. I don’t think we’ll ever be back to this one.

The food tasted burnt and smelled cat food. Corn was missing crab legs tasted like they tried to grill them but failed to do so. Although the service was pretty good.

I ordered the food on i75 just before the Housers Mill exit. The young man I spoke with told me it would be ready in 10 mins. I arrived 12 mins later. And still waited 15 more minutes. I ordered a sides tray, so there was only eggs, potatoes, and sausage. The ambience could be better but it is an express establishment. The food was GREAT no complaints AT ALL

When I arrived the back door was wide open and easily 100 degrees in the place. I approached the counter where a young lady and a teen were supposedly taking orders. The young lady was eyeballs deep in a pad and the teen was talking to the guys in the kitchen. I got their attention and placed my order. I was told it would be 15 minutes. I went back out to my vehicle and returned in 15 minutes. I approached the counter and asked if my order was ready. I was told that it wasn’t. I waited another 10 minutes and asked if my order was ready. The teen asked my name I told him and he says, this is your order here ……. the plate that had been sitting on the counter since my return. SMH. The food was good, but the service was as bad as it can get. First and last time they will see me.

Okay, I have a given this place so many chances it’s sad. I’m really not sure how they are still in business. I began calling the restaurant at 7:47 pm to place an order. I literally called numerous times but no answer, so I decided to drive and get my moms food. Pulled up at 8:38 pm, and they close at 9:00 pm, but they said they were done cooking food for the night. People were nice, but the operational aspect is absolutely non-existent.

Me and my twin brother went in for lunch. They said they only have 1 menu. After sitting at the table for 10 minutes nobody offered to get our order nor something to drink. The young lady with LONG braids was NOT FRIENDLY. She asked a kid that was under the age of 18 and looks like he was maybe 10 or 11 to hand us a menu. Floors were sticky like floors haven’t been mopped because my shoes stuck to the floor.

I had the combo #4. The portion was good but it was loaded up potatoes and my egg was left off of my platter which I realized after getting home. Check your food prior to leaving. The taste of the food was alright.

Update: I called the manager and he redid the meal, I gave additional stars because of the service, however, I had to call to get that service. Also, the crab legs were still on the saltier side, everything else was much better.

Food is always good but the Customer Service at Hwy 96 location is lacking. Half the time, I get a recording about hours/days of operation, so can’t order ahead. Inside seating area is ALWAYS DUSTY, DIRTY and STICKY.
