Had reservations on a busy Friday night for hibachi with 9 people. We were celebrating my daughter and neices birthday. We were told they were short staffed, and you never would of known!!! Our food was delicious. Every staff member was friendly And once they found out about the girls’ birthday they brought out desert and made such a big deal!! We can’t wait to go back!! Thank you for a great experience and delicious food

Stopped in on a whim and I will definitely be back. Everything was phenomenal. The miso was perfection and the salad was as to be expected (slightly overdressed but crunchy and fresh). I ordered the Maki B plate with spicy salmon, spicy tuna, and spicy crab. I devoured the salmon and tuna. They were amazing, fresh and not fishy or chewy. I didn’t like the spicy crab. There was nothing “wrong” with it and it was equally fresh. I simply didn’t like their flavor meld but attribute that to personal preference. 10/10 would order again.

The food is always fresh and good whether you order from the menu or do hibachi. The owner will typically greet you as you’re eating to make sure everything is good. He seems to be a nice guy that truly cares!

This place is off the hook ! First one there , I got the grilled chicken food box for $12 , o can I describe how good..the white ri e was fluffy and the vegetables and noodles with a special hint of ginger sauce , a little sweet ..was out of this world!! Yummy

My server did a fine job, she was solid, and the rolls were good tasting and had good portion size. However each time I get there that rude bus boy agitates me. This time we had dirty cutlery and just wanted to exchange it, upon trying to ask politely while he was already walking by he ignored us. So we got up to get our own. Yeah he side eyed us a few times after that. Look, I’m in the industry and I know whats up. Use your silverware polish and get rid of that lazy, rude busboy. Everyone else does a great job. Seriously I see that guy whenever I visit and he seems like he really doesn’t want to be there.

I went there to drink a martini with my good friend.Waitress was rude . Didn’t give a last call on drinks either. Extremely unprofessional and rookie. I spent a lot money there over the years . Service has went to the dogs . Won’t ever go back.

Even though this was the least engaged our cook was at the hibachi, the food was great. He was young and needs to work on the showmanship. Had a couple fist timers and they were impressed with the quality and amount of food. Always one of my favorite places to eat at.

In my experience it is the best Japanese food you can get in Maine, excluding the coast that is. I would recommend any of the Bento Boxes especially the stake. That being said Don’t miss out on sides like the Sexy jalapeños, a fresh Asian spin on the bar classic Jalapeño poppers.
