If you’re looking for fresh seafood, look no further. This place is a hidden gem on Whitbey island and some of the best seafood ever. Their beer battered cod is fresh, not frozen. The serving portions are excellent and service is very good. They also sell fresh fish to go among other types of seafoods. One word of advice is to arrive early as many customers were waiting for a table at the lunch hour when we visited or do take out to avoid a long wait or disappointment.

The service was great! The presentation of food, prices, and portions acceptable. The food itself was bland with unusual flavors. The fries were way too salty. The atmosphere was more “deli style” than restaurant style.

Their menu is large with great items, fresh seafood was yummy. Hubby had Seafood Jambalaya and I had crab cake. Place is small, got crowded and noisy but it was Saturday night. Server was sweet, tried hard to take care of everyone but was getting pulled in many directions.

We always try and plan our trip to the area to eat here! Has a fun atmosphere with local pictures on the wall! We usually get the captains platter. Today I had the mixed shells and wife had the halibut tacos (tons of halibut) Very tasty! There is outdoor dining as well.
