Finest Bailout
This is my family favorite place to go after church service on Sundays. We always get the best service and vibe especially from the manager and the cashier. He does a perfect job greeting us when we walk in the door, making sure if we need help walking out with our big order. I really appreciate everyone there even the customers. 10/10 for me and my family

We got 2 trays of food a t-bone platter and seafood platter, it was the best shrimp and lobster I think I’ve ever eaten. Thet also have delicious dessert I should have taken pictures but we detoured it lol. Highly recommend and will be ordering again soon!

We have been going here over a year, was great . This last tray is horrible, didn’t even finish it. First, they decreased the size of the tray. Second, the lobster was NOT lobster texture, had to question whether it was really lobster. They do lots of things to food these days. Crab legs either old, reheated, or overcooked. Would NOT come out the shell, more veggies LESS meat. Couldn’t even finish it, NOT what we used to get from here, highly disappointed and now have to find a new place for great seafood.

I made an order off the suggestion of the of the cashier . When I received my order, I had 2 small clusters of crab legs and not enough shrimp to feed 2 , when I asked for enough to feed 4. I had more than enough vegetables but certainly not enough seafood for $99. 57.

This food was amazing! I got a taste of Chicago while visiting home.. I wanted to make sure I had food for a few days while I was traveling. Didn’t have to spend any additional money on food elsewhere! I couldnt eat the corn, but everything was on point. Again, the food was amazing!

This place has such a lack of good costumer service, ordered a tray of seafood for $30 for dinner, after I got home I opened and only had veggies and shrimp when I also pay for crab legs ( must important part of the meal) and there’s was none, I called right after to ask for a refund or to figure out the situation and Mohammed ( rude btw ) told me he didn’t know what to do about it that they we’re close, also told me he checked the camera and that I was lying (as if I’m living about some crab legs like I can’t afford them) I asked him if he could refund me my money so I can get something else for dinner since they told me I can’t eat my food in order to get a refund I have to save the tray and take it tomorrow ( December 5th ) at 11 am so pretty much I didn’t eat dinner, neither did my son and they didn’t care to have a lil bit of empathy about the situation over all TERRIBLE COSTUMER SERVICE, RUDE EMPLOYEES, LACK OF EMPATHY I believe that if you as a person are not good with people then you shouldn’t work in that field, and if you need the money then do your job right. At least have empathy for people smh

I was very disappointed. Recommended my mom. The employee wouldn’t take her order over the phone because he said he was busy. When she went there no one was there. She ordered 4 clones of crablegs. She received 1 ear of corn and 1 crab cluster. . Totalled $111. We have been eating from this spot for awhile. I feel bad that my Mother paid all that money and didn’t enjoy it.
