The Seagrove MarketCafe’ Village was an awesome find. The prices are reasonable compared to the surrounding area and even better was the food. I ordered the Grouper Seafood Platter and it was great. It was cooked perfect and the seasoning was just right. What surprised me was the sides were just as amazing! I had the Mac-n-Cheese and the Broccoli Salad and the Broccoli Salad was way beyond any I have ever had! They make an in-house dressing for it which gave it that extra pizazz!

We placed a to go order upon getting into town. After waiting 30 minutes, like we were told, they forgot to put our order in and offered a beer for an inconvenience. We checked on our order after waiting another 20 minutes, and the guy behind the counter laughed in our face very rudely. On top of the bad service, we were missing some food items and found a scooper and our tuna dip (see pic). It’s really unfortunate because we have enjoyed our experience every other time. We can look past order mistakes but when the staff is rude and sarcastic, it doesn’t help.

We visited this restaurant on 7/28 celebrating my daughter’s 8th bday and last night on vacation with friends. This has to be the worst restaurant experience I have ever encountered. We had a reservation and after waiting were seated after our scheduled reservation. Once we ordered and waited for drinks our first experience with appetizers was nothing to write home about. We continued to wait for over an hour and half for our food which during that time cold gumbo was served and went back which we were told oh…must have got turned off, salads didn’t come after asking more than once. We were told the long wait was because they were filling to go orders that had been called in. Was also told yes, there had been several complaints tonight. Might be a good idea to first take care of your customers that are in your restaurant with reservations patiently waiting for their orders and put a cap on call in orders if your kitchen can’t keep up. Finally when our food did arrive after the ridiculous overly long wait with our group including our birthday girl the food arrived super cold on plates, Burnt hamburger that was not even editable and the grouper fish you couldn’t even cut with a knife. The food was AWFUL. The wait with a reservation was RIDICULOUS and it was an evening to celebrate a birthday girl. Oh…and at least we were given some nasty tasting key lime pie after being told it hadn’t really had time to set. Will NEVER eat here again or recommend to anyone. Would highly NOT recommend going if you are trying to celebrate a special evening because this restaurant will do nothing to make sure your evening is enjoyable! This place in my opinion doesn’t deserve the one star I had to click to submit this review. And take down the sign you have hanging bc that is the biggest lie!

We had the fried shrimp baskets. One basket can feed two people. There was about 15 pcs of jumbo shrimp per basket. The shrimp was fresh and the badder was delicious.

Tried this place tonight with my family. The food was great but even better was the service. Our server was Alexis P. and she was wonderful. Super attentive and very friendly. There was a slight mistake with my entree and she corrected it right away and apologized profusely several times. She was very nice.

To say that my experience was poor is an understatement. We had a reservation at 7p and were seated at 6:55, however, our food was not served til 8p. What is the point of reservations if our wait is over 45mins? And then the food was luke warm when served. The mac and cheese is a soupy cheese sauce with elbow macaroni- please change recipe because its a disgrace to mac and cheese lovers. I would have asked for an exchange but in fear of not getting it timely and the place closes at 8:30p deterred my decision. Considering we visit annually and looked forward to dine in, we have never encountered such poor service at this place. I think it works better just ordering food and paying the cashier and wait for the food. It never took this long to get served and we usually have a good time but extremely disappointed with this new service plan. Do better.
