This place is amazing! We ordered the sirloin and NY strip steak. They came out perfectly prepared. Our waitress was fantastic, telling us all about their locally sourced suppliers and the enhancements we could get on our steaks. I tried the red wine reduction, it was delicious. The husband was too timid to try one but was super jealous when he tasted mine. 🙂 Great service and even better food!

Don’t waste your time. Took my family out to have a nice steak dinner before leaving town and left very disappointed. Bread with oil and the salads were excellent. When I came to actual meal it was terrible. Everyone at table asked for medium rare and ended up with well done. Sent two steaks back to get new ones, which took 20-30 minutes to get new ones. By then our sides were cold. My wife couldn’t even finish her steak because it was basically jerky. Server got a poor attitude with us after having to take food back. Then to top it off we still paid full price for our terrible meal and service. Definitely would not recommend to anyone and we will for sure never be back. No where near worth 30-40 dollars a plate.

Loved it! Adrianna was our server and she was great. And the food! We had wedge salads, and bread with oil both were great. Salmon and filets were really good. The star was the Whiskey Mushroom Cream sauce. I would eat it on everything and be happy. Just a lovey meal, really very nice.

My family and I were a big fan of shooters and excited to experience the new Sear restaurant. The atmosphere is great, with bar, table, and booth seating and tasteful decor. We were all very impressed with the presentation of the dishes, I wish I remembered to take a photo! The appetizers and entrees were all delicious and cooked to our liking, would recommend Sear to anyone!

Love the remodel! So glad they kept the bar. We stopped at 6 for dinner and choose to sit at the bar. All the servers and hosts were friendly. Shelby, our bartender was amazing and knew the menu well. She recommended the Pork Flatiron and the wedge salad. WOW, it was delicious! We are looking forward to Sear opening for lunch.

I Love this new restaurant in Rapid City and thrilled it’s on the West side! The remodel of the old Shooters restaurant is fabulous. They did a superb job of making it upscale with a modern feel while keeping a comfortable, relaxing and beautiful atmosphere. It’s a great place for a delicious burger or drink after work, a relaxed yummy dinner or an excellent fine dining experience for a special occasion. I’m not sure how they pulled that off, but they did!

The food and service is all excellent from the drinks to desert. We loved the seared steaks, cooked to perfection, tender and juicy. Had the scallops appetizer and it is a must have. Our server Maddie was very attentive and made our dining experience wonderful and a lot of fun.

The seared steak was good, but I prefer smoked or grilled steaks over seared. The mushroom Flatbread was amazing. Service was prompt but could use some improvement on efficient table clearing. Tables were also too close together for the size of the chairs. I’d go again.
