Season to Taste is a absolute MUST for discerning foodies. The dishes are amazing with a deliciousness in combination of flavors and textures. The cocktails are well balanced and imaginative. Even the wine and beer choices are top notch. The staff is so friendly and attentive. And the atmosphere is chill and relaxing. Love, love, LOVED the Deviled Duck Eggs, Yellowfin Tuna Crudo and the Shrimp and Grits. Definitely coming back to sample more of the menu again soon!

The server was lovely. The dishes sounded fantastic, but the execution was lacking. My husband really enjoyed the ribs appetizer. I liked the deviled duck egg appetizer pretty well. We were both extremely disappointed in the halibut main course. The same dish was cooked unevenly, and the duchess potatoes on one were cold. On both, the duchess potatoes were so dense and lumpy. The halibut was overcooked and hard and seriously lacking seasoning. It was supposed to come with grilled asparagus, but there was cauliflower and broccoli instead. Also missing from the halibut was a sage brown butter sauce that probably would have added some flavor to what was an extremely bland dish. The peach special desert was ok, but the corn bread was overcooked, and there were very few peaches. I liked the blue cocktail pretty well, but the Coppertone cocktail wasn’t good. Overall, this was a disappointing meal.

I try to reserve 5 stars for only the restaurants that stand out and this sure does. We ordered the Mahi and the Pork loin. For an appetizer we enjoyed the pork belly. Two incredibly different meals in taste and presentation both both outstandingly good. If I could rate the cocktails I would rate them 4 stars mostly because none caught my attention when perusing the menu. However after a shot and a miss, they brought me something I did enjoy for the evening and tasted great. Would go back anytime.

Outstanding! My wife and I came here for a birthday dinner and were not disappointed. Small menu with seasonal items, in farm to table style. I had the Gas Station Fried Quail and the wife had Creole Spiced Mahi, both came highly recommended.

Solid food! Definitely fresh. The special polenta fries were my favorite- they packed a delicious, complex punch.

We had such a wonderful meal at Season to Taste! We shared a few small plates and 2 mains and all were delicious. The buffalo brussel sprouts, burrata with acorn squash, and tuna crudo were all favorites. The food was fresh and beautifully prepared. The staff and owner were lovely. A great night out – would highly recommend!

If I could give them six stars I would! Season to Taste is everything a higher end restaurant should be. Although most entrees orbit the $30 price range, and usually in my reviews I never see a meal as worth that much, here they are. Not only is the food seasoned perfectly (as one would guess from the name) but the portions are actually really good. This isn’t a place you pay $30 for two bites of well cooked lobster, you actually get a full delicious and satisfying meal. And when I say things are well cooked and seasoned, I mean it. I have had steak tartar and lobster many times, and I hated them every time, thought they were absolutely disgusting. My boyfriend got the steak tartar appetizer and the lobster entree and I tried both, and I loved them! They were so flavorful and the textures were perfect. The pork belly appetizer and blue fish entree I got were wonderful, each with an amazing kaleidoscope of flavors. I absolutely recommend this place, I’d try anything on their menu.

Holy moly. From the cocktails all the way through the desserts, everything that could have easily been saccharine are instead something better. Tangy, zesty, savory… interesting. Interesting and delicious. The atmosphere is perfectly tuned to a low buzz; energetic without being disruptive, quiet without being somber. The crispy ribs are not at all traditional and undoubtedly the best ribs I’ve had in my entire life. Portion sizes are more generous than I was anticipating and are almost certainly a safety precaution to prevent fights from breaking out between dinner companions over the last morsels of any given dish. I cannot wait to go back.
