I had been wanting to try this place for awhile, and I finally had the opportunity to do so. I’m so glad we came here for brunch. We ordered the Early Bird Special, and we added a side of their sausage gravy. It came with two eggs, 3 slices of bacon, hashbrowns and 2 scratch made biscuits. The order also comes with your choice of drink from soda, tea or coffee. Everything had a homemade taste to it, and we enjoyed every bite. The environment is pleasant and their service was great. I highly recommend you make this your choice for breakfast, brunch or lunch. It’s good to support local, family owned businesses!

I’m kind of disappointed the other reviews were so good so our expectations were high but this was regular at best. Maybe we came on a bad day (Sunday) but the hashbrowns were burnt. The best thing we had was the pineapple upside down pancakes. They were delicious.

This place is a small, family run black owned business across the street from Winco. The husband went to culinary school and the wife went to business school. She chatted with us about how they were able to start this place and I have a lot of respect for them! I’ve never had a meal or side dish I didn’t like here. Prices are very fair. My daughter is also a huge fan. Since it’s a small family run place they don’t open as early as most diners but if I have time to pop in better believe I do!

I drive by this place almost everyday and have heard good things about it but never stopped in until today. This small family owned breakfast/brunch restaurant is well worth the stop and very reasonably priced. The staff is friendly and welcoming and the food was hot, fresh and delicious. I highly recommend this place.

Our shake we order had a spoiled dairy taste to it. The chicken fried steak was DISGUSTING and too salty to consume. Looked like dehydrated beef for dogs. Cinnamon roll was okay but dry. And the chicken and waffles were good. Very low quality food. Next time I will do more research before eating from a place like this.
