Spent over 80 dollars at the azalea location, added 2 side salads and bacon fried rice. The entire order was incorrect and the “side salad” which is posted as a house salad, was literally just a box of brown lettuce. When I called to address the situation all I got was an ear full from whomever answered the phone about how “her mother was the owner” will be reporting to the BBB as well as calling a corporate office. Terrible food and terrible customer service.

The food was ok. I ordered steak bowl and alot of the steak was not edible and super chewy! There’s better Habachi than this place. Also they charge you for water cup! .75 cent per cup!

I ordered a steak and chicken bowl through Uber eats and ordered no veggies and I got my order and it had mushrooms on it which I am allergic too. I called the location first had to ask if they could actually make what I ordered. The lady on the phone proceeded to say she had a bunch of orders and that’s why it happened. I then drove to the store and they didn’t have a care in the world. No customers were at the restaurant and the three employees there were just standing around doing nothing. Busy huh? I know that I won’t be giving this place my money anymore because of the many issues just stated. It’s one thing to make a mistake as I do daily however to follow up with no care attitude it sums up the expected experience at this place.

I’m not sure what I was expecting…but this is less that that. First of all, how do you not have yakisoba at lunchtime? I’m giving an extra star because they were nice enough to not charge me extra for my substitute meal which cost a little more. The food was basic. It can really only be described as “a bad American take on Japanese food.” I’ll try a better reviewed location before making my own personal assessment of the Seasons of Tokyo brand. As for this location, I’ll pass.

Very disappointed, I wanted some Hibachi today for lunch/dinner. The cashier does not want to hear what you have to say. She throws words that I don’t want. The menu is very pricy. The food was very disappointed. The shrimp it taste like it is boiled from water not pan fry. The rice is not done from cooking. The rice was still kinda raw. You need need to add a little bit more water in the rice when you cook it in the rice cooker. So I just stand there about 2 minutes and she hands me my lunch and say your lunch is ready. I felt like they rush to cook. There are no sides only 2 pieces of broccoli and not really mushroom. The steak is hard as a rock. Sure the food and delivery smells good but not when you order for yourself.

I placed my order at 7:20pm via Google. The est prepare time was 7:25 according to Google. I knew that sounded too good to be true but the 16year old cashier politely said “oh your order isn’t that big, it’ll be about 10 mins”

The most disgusting unsanitary place the cook was cutting raw meat with his bare hands then grabbed vegetables with his bare hands and began to prepare my food. He never washed his hands or put on gloves. I requested a refund….I’m trying to live not die.
