We ordered the filet mignon and shrimp. The meat that was passed off as filet mignon was just a poor cut of steak. The picture shows the chunks that were just fat and overcooked. We’ve enjoyed meals here in the past but this one was disappointing and a waste of money. Do better!!!

I don’t know what anyone could be complaining about because this place is fantastic! I think it’s better than back when it was called Seasons of Japan. The steak is very tender, perfectly cooked to rare as I requested, the broccoli is savory, the chicken melts in your mouth, the rice is of perfect consistency, and they have a variety of Ramuné drinks! I will definitely be back here!

The large bowls are a scam. You just get an extra half cup of rice. I got 2 medium bowls and one large. I dont know what I was thinking goin to a place like this thinking I would get more steak if I got the large but of course not. The medium bowls had just as much steak as the large for 3 dollars more. They also raised the prices for rice….. I spent 40 and left a tip. Not happy

Was terrible! Had veggies on the side tasted like fish, zucchiniand onions. The shrimp and broccoli tasted like peanuts. Had same meal at Azalea Seasons of Takyo was 100 x better last month. Explains why location was dead. Had to pay for ginger sauce and it tasted horrible .

Seasons of Tokyo food is amazing. I got the combination plate. The shrimp were cooked perfect. My daughter loved the chicken and the steak was cooked a perfect medium rare. The veggies were perfect. Not to soft not to hard. I enjoyed my meal and can’t wait to go back for another mother daughter date there.

I just went to order some food today and the hispanic overweight girl with the glasses at the counter had a bad attitude, she was rude when I asked questions, almost like she hated working there.

Do not eat here. The orange chicken that I was delivered was LITERALLY McDonald’s chicken nuggets with store bought orange sauce. We laughed at the sheer audacity of these people.

I use to love this place back when it was seasons of Japan, but the place took a real decline before shutting down and being sold. Since reopening it doesn’t appear to have recovered still. The food prices went up, portions on protein seem lower, and the rice is very bland. Thankfully drowning the food in whitesauce does help to bring back some flavor, but even that is left out on the counter all day at room temp. The chicken it rubbery, the steak might aswell be called jerky. I’d only recommend if you’re extremely stoned, to poor for proper hibachi food and don’t care about your overall health. For those times, I can’t lie, it comes in clutch.

Disappointing. I have been going to this location since 2004, through the various name changes, I have always returned because the food was good. The changes that came with the recent name change of this restaurant to Seasons of Tokyo, I will not be returning. I ordered the Ribeye dinner, requested to be cooked to medium, as I have for many years. This was the first time I felt the quality of meat was poor, it was cut into thin, small pieces, some pieces were cooked to crunchy, very dry meat. There was oil pooled at the top of the sauce when I moved the food to figure out what about the food had changed, it was way too much oil, very unappetizing. The seasoning on the vegetables has changed. I was warned when I ordered, people either love the changes or they hate it. I don’t love it. Sad that the food preparation has changed so much. I would have spent less to buy better quality product and prepared this at home, it is what I will do next time. Sorry, I don’t love it, I don’t like it, I won’t be back for this.

So Disappointed! We want Japanese food but didn’t want to hassle or wait like the cook-at-your-table places. Food was not good. We all had shrimp, chicken and steak platter. Chicken was mushy, steak was cooked to death hours before we got there and some was stringy and the 3 shrimp I got was also mush (like mashed potatoes). Rice, which we all look forward to had ZERO TASTE. Thanks for the warm white sauce that’s been sitting in jugs on a counter un-refrigerated to help the rice. I used to come here years ago and the food was priced accordingly with average food quality. Apparently different owners or managers now (as the name changed). Now prices went up, food portions are down and food QUALITY IS WAY DOWN. Add to this experience every table was sticky. Tried to clean it ourselves and napkins ripped apart from sticking to the table. Also NO paper towels or soap in bathroom.
