Usually I have no issues with Seasons but unfortunately the chicken gyro I received today may have put me off for good. I’m not asking for a dish straight from Greece, but I don’t think it’s too much to ask for food that’s at least seasoned. Their idea of a chicken gyro is unseasoned, plain chicken (no cooking marks at all so presumably boiled), a ton of shredded lettuce, no feta or other cheese at all, and plain yogurt straight from the container instead of tzatziki. Super disappointing that they would have an item on their menu they’re not able to or prepared to make.

The food was good. The service was not. The cashier got my order wrong and instead of apologizing she just walked away and another employee settled my order. Ended up with 2 of the same pizzas instead of 1 with cheese and the other with pineapples and onions smh

my last few visits have not been ok. my pizza was burnt, they didn’t put both toppings on my pizza and when I returned the pizza the manager did not apologize, just threw a ton of sausage on it, warmed it back up and said “thanks”.. the fajita quesadilla was dry and now they charge 2 percent extra for using a credit card! The specials are reasonable and the employees are usually friendly which keeps them at 3 stars.

Staff didn’t seem interested in talking or taking my order. They just stared at me, no hello or anything. The pizza was good. It was me and my family’s first time at a Season’s. Will try other locations, but won’t be back to this one. It’s all about customer service for me.

Always get my food quick what I come to pick up or come in and order. Happy they brought back the pasta salad with chicken. It may be smaller than what it used to be but it still tastes good.

This was the first time I ordered from them. I had a large pizza and chicken quesadilla delivered to my home. The pizza was ½ pineapple and ½ tomatoes , onions and mushrooms . With the delivery fee and tip it cost over $50. The pizza was hot and tasty but the quesadilla was subpar. I wasn’t impressed with that. The only detraction was the price. The delivery was prompt and the delivery person was prompt.

My daughter and I never recieved our order last night. The guy had a little bit of an attitude when she reported it. No one offered an apology or anything. We will not be ordering from here anymore. Great food but horrible service when it comes to trying to resolve matters.

Never had any issues until more recently (maybe they have new staff or changed owners?). Found a hair in a salad, figured it was a one time mistake. Literally the next order we found a hair in the pizza, and the crust was almost raw. Won’t be ordering here again… Maybe invest in hairnets?
