I had my baby shower here in February. I can’t rave enough about how AMAZING the staff is. John, Antonio, and Melendez all catered to my party and gave us such a VIP experience! They were so easy to work with and more than accommodating. I couldn’t have asked for a more perfect turnout. From the planning and logistics of the party, to the execution the day of. Even my guests spoke to me after about how much they appreciated the staff!

This restaurant atmosphere is sleek and cozy for couples, gatherings, and families. My husband and I are finishing up our stay. I am newly pregnant and we also brought our 1 year old son. The breakfast staff was professional, efficient, respectful, menu fluent, attentive, and personable to all. We saw the same 3 gentlemen mostly every morning and they truly are the reason we chose to have breakfast at our hotel instead of going out. I only wish every hotel breakfast was like them. We tipped well and absolutely plan on booking this hotel next year. We hope they have the same exact staff.

Great customer service! No denying that. My Bloody Mary was good. Bartender Antonio was great. Breakfast ultimate burrito…. wasn’t what I expected but it was good. Eggs cooked medium how I like them, fresh avacado, ham bits, and some Chipotle sauce….all good. Salsa on the side was very good. Vanilla latte was good as well. Price wise… for the atmosphere, location, presentation, and quality… the price is justified. My drink definitely worth the price.

This was a very pleasant experience. A very small place but OMG! It delivers. The food was about as perfect as could be. The ambience was quaint and very relaxing. The food was very good. This is an adult place which makes it real nice. Definitely going back to try the rest of the menu. Across from a small and a couple of miles from the beach.

Located in the second floor of the Belamar Hotel, the Second Story eat & drink restaurant and bar has a friendly and inviting contemporary settings overlooking Valley St. The staff is friendly and attentive. Great place for a social gathering as it feels low key.

The bartenders here are extremely nice and make great drinks! My husband and I ordered our usual and they were made perfectly and consistently every time. The food is SO good! We got fries that were done up like nachos that were amazing. And apparently there’s only more drool-worthy food to come to the menu soon. Highly recommend this restaurant/bar!

Tried to enjoy a brief lunch with my colleagues but due to the fire alarm chiming every few minutes, it was not enjoyable to say the least. I did hear the employees state the alarm will not stop until 5pm. I could not imagine being a guest here.
