It had been a while since I last visited this place. It was formerly Pat’s Select. Glad I stopped in today. I enjoyed my lunch ; a buffalo chicken wrap and fries. The restaurant is very clean, the service was good, and my food came out timely.

Their salads are the best with a huge selection of options. Rated a bit lower only because you have to order at the counter and then the food is brought to you. I personally prefer the ‘full waitress experience.’ The restaurant was clean and tidy. Counter staff was friendly.

Today, August 10th, at 4:00 pm, I just ordered food from Select Pizza Grill at the Forest Avenue location in Dover and was appalled that the take out area had paper and trash ️ on the floor. Right in front of the seating area where you have to wait for your order. There were at least 4 young women behind the counter and 1 older blond women who I approached to ask to speak with a manager about the trash ️ on the floor. She said she was the manager “Mara” was the name she gave me. When I told her about the trash on the floor she remarked, in a bothersome tone, “Oh, that little bit of trash bothered you”. She continued with “It is just a few pieces of paper”. I told her that I buy from Pat Select Pizza Grill in Smyrna all the time and she interrupted me with, “They don’t have trash on the floor there?” I was shocked that a manager of a restaurant would respond so defensively and is not looking out for the best interest of the owner and the comfort of the customers. What an idiot. This women was rude, defensive, unprofessional and had no concept of customer service. She is at best untrained and has no customer relations skills. What a horrible representative of this restaurant brand.

This place is The first time we went the staff was not very welcoming but I was having lunch with my daughter so I stayed. The waitress was blah througout the service and not very helpful. That was over a year ago. I decided to give it a try because a co-worker bought a Chicken burrito bowl and it looked good. So i gave them another shot. I ordered it on the phone and went to pick it up. The guy on the phone told me the $11.99 that the bowl was.. Got there and the girl in the front told me it was $12.34 I said why.. she stated there is a 3% processing fee for card. I said what?! Since when she said about 3 weeks ago. I stated the guy on the phone didn’t say that.. so they to me are being sneaky and dishonest. They didn’t disclose this while I placed the order. Granted it was only .35 but it’s not the point they didn’t say anything. The prices there already went up soooo much. Word of mouth is a strong thing. – – Dishonest, not welcoming and expensive – –

Takeout order… 2 Italian subs with no onions, added sweet peppers, oregano, side vinegar and oil. The order slip was correct. However, what we got were onions and nothing we requested was added. I emailed and got no response.

Food is not the greatest, but it is a good environment to sit down and have great conversations with whoever you bring with you for lunch or for dinner.
