Call before going! They definitely are not open when their google page says they are which is pretty frustrating to say the least. But the crawfish etoufee and fried salmon is amazing. Wish they would stick to a regular schedule but if you catch them open definitely grab something.

best etouffe i’ve had outside of new orleans and the catfish was fried perfectly. the cornbread was heavenly, so light and fluffy! i came there with my mind set on catfish and fries but the sweet man working gave me a sample of the etouffe and i subbed the fries out for it immediately!

Like a lot of the reviews, it’s hard to pick the best thing in the menu… it’s all so good and cooked so well! The service is so kind and honest, a really great spot to grab a bite. Don’t miss out and make the trip over… trust me. I eat a lot and I can’t get over Selena’s Custom Kitchen!!

The fish was still crunchy and delicious even after driving it back home. I could eat the corn bread all..day..long.. plain it was perfect in texture and flavor. The mustard greens were so soft they melted in my mouth like butter and weren’t chewy or fibrous at all. Etouffee was delicious and tasted of a flavorful homemade crawfish broth. Definitely recommend and will be going back again soon!
