The waiters here are fun and polite . I ordered fish tacos and it tasted fresh and right off the grill my bad I forgot to take a pic before lol but there good better then they look in the picture

Very Big I was disappointed that they did not honor my HardRock card from Biloxi nor did they acknowledge my Birthday. I was not impressed with them and I love Casino’s. No good Vibes for me.

Had a wonderful stay at the Hardrock Casino and Hotel. Service and the hotel was very accommodating. I didn’t win much, or if I did I put it back in, trying to hit the big one. Lol but I love to play the slot machines. The only thing I didn’t like was paying double with the comp dollars for the food, especially for the Pizza, which I love soo much, so I was with my children and it was my sons bday and wanted him to taste it ,but use to pay like 31 dollars for a pie and now it was double. I thought that was outrageous, so I ended up going to the Popeyes across the Street.. and stood craving their delicious pizza with a whole lots of cheese. But I’ll be going back this month and I’ll get one and pay for it cash. I can’t see me giving my comp points for a Pizza !!! But besides that I love

Jubao Noodle bar is our favorite place to eat at Hard Rock Casino in Tampa. It took us awhile to figure out the menu, but we usually get the Jubao special (chicken, shrimp & pork with fried rice). The Crab Rangoon is also excellent! Great service too.

Keeping in mind that this is a casino, we’ve been here multiple times on various trips to florida. It’s always been fun, and we have at least some modicum of luck. It is pretty neat to be able to walk around and see relics of the past from Soul and Rock Etc. A trifle noisy at times, but still a pretty need to place comma as long as you like casinos period will give it a thumbs up

The hotel rooms are nice and clean, however don’t forget anything in your room after you check out because moments no….seconds later they have already thrown your items away.. triple check your room before checking out and they won’t compensate you with comp dollars or anything. Other than that great place to eat, drink, play, shop and other things to do, however I will not stay at the hotel again, due to customer satisfaction at the guest desk.
