I won’t lie. I was hesitant after trying so many different Mexican restaurants and leaving dissatisfied. From the outside, it appears to be repurposed from another culinary style restaurant. The interior is simple. The staff is soft spoken and courteous. A key indicator of whether the food was truly good, but we remained hopeful. The food came out and it tasted as good as it looked. My wife and I have found our new favorite local Mexican restaurant. We don’t have to drive all the way to El Molcajete in Springfield. I had the giant fajita chimichanga and my wife had the Lopez Fajita. The price was good, too.

After trying so many Mexican restaurants in Clarksville, we went so far as Springfield to El Molcajete to get good Mexican food. We came to Señor Lopez, and this is a hands down the best Mexican food that we have eaten in 2 years. The last place was Papis restaurant in El Paso, Texas

We went here Tuesday after the funeral of my nephew who died unexpectedly on Thanksgiving day. The waiter definitely had his hands full with our party of like thirty seven people. He was curt and abrasive, but we understood that he had a lot to deal with. The tacos that I got were good, not the best but definitely not the worst that I have ever had. Great fast pace service! Excellent food! Like the best I’ve had in a while. And while I marked down a star on atmosphere it’s only cause it was loud and busy. But that’s to be expected to with food as good as they had!

Outstanding and consistent customer service every time I come here. The owner is always coming up with new and authentic Mexican dishes to add to the menu. In all the years this restaurant has been open, we have never had any issues with food or service, even when the restaurant is packed.

This place is honestly one of the BEST mexican restaurants I’ve ever been to! The food is so delicious and so flavorful and never disappoints. It’s so affordable like under $35 for both my husband and I. The ambiance could be a little better but the service and food makes up for it. We will continue to be regulars!

We tried this place for the first time and loved it. The veggies bowl was so good. My husband ordered tilapia and shrimps fajita. It was delicious too. Everything was fresh and nicely made. Would definitely recommend this place.

I got my food to go so can say much about service or atmosphere. Seems like a good spot to bring the family. Friends and have a drink ect. Food was great. I got the chicken alfredo( I was craving some and coming from a Mexican restaurant I was skeptical. But wow was it good. Def will be going back.

I eat here weakly for lunch and it’s hard to beat. The lunch menu is easily under $10 and the food is good, I will usually have my food within 10 minutes and the staff takes care of you pretty well.

Good place to eat. The pandemic service was about average, nothing to write about. Food was delicious and excessive servings. Overall it was very good and I enjoyed the margaritas as well. Would have preferred more salt on the drink rim.
