UNBELIEVABLE!!! The service is so terrible! I asked if I could pay with cash & debit which the cashier goes blank and says okay which she tells me to insert my card , I was so confused so I thought she knew what she was doing but NO! Manager came in and blamed me for the problem. No money back. The kitchen is disgusting! Found multiple of cockroaches crawling around throughout the sauce trails and walls. If Gordon Ramsay was here I would be dam well not surprised. The food is basic and bland. Pricing could be better including the diseases and germs these roaches are leaving. Will definitely not come back & not recommend!

Food was less than ok…I ordered a burrito bowl. The rice was not fresh, the chicken was dry, the refried beans definitely came out of a can, and the green salsa had no flavor. The cashier seemed bothered I was ordering food. Will not be going back.

Taste & size for price was great, but sad to see styrofoam still in use here instead of paper/biodegradable cardboard containers & staff should not be automatically filling food into single use bags & give cutlery without asking – most customers put bags straight in the trash after sitting in the food court & take more cutlery than needed.

I ordered a meal with the refried beans as one of the sides. I had a few bites but it tasted very off. Sadly I didn’t realize they were bad and got food poisoning hours later. It’s my third day and I’m still sick. Be careful because I saw another review about the black beans tasting rotten too.

Tried their food while visiting Oahu. Decided to go with build your own bowl & burrito which was pretty good. Fiancé got the birria meat for his bowl & I got the pork for my burrito. Good flavoring. That night I realized there was a coupon at the bottom of my receipt that was “Buy 1 hard taco plate, get 1 free.” We ended up at Ala Moana Mall again the next day and just decided to take advantage of the deal since we enjoyed our food prior. Let me tell you it was completely night & day. Taco plates came with 2 hard shell tacos, beans of your choice & rice. Those plates were so bland. No flavoring. It was wayyyy opposite of what we had experienced the day before. Definitely wouldn’t get the taco plates again. Better off getting the build your own.

Not the greatest tacos I’ve ever tasted. They were generously filled but still lacked flavour. The girl taking the order and the one making the tacos had some attitude which was totally not “aloha” vibes ☹️

The restaurant staff was very rude and unprofessional. I don’t think he should work here.

Not real mexican food, the person serving me kept giving me the wrong meat on my tacos had to correct her 3 times. The carne asada is undercooked with no flavor whatsoever. The barbacoa is brisket not Lengua . They barely gave me any lime, one small triangle for each taco and one was dried up and didn’t have any lime juice in it. If you want real mexican food I recommend El Mariachi they have 2 locations on the island. Also the beans lacked flavor as well don’t know how but the rice was the only good thing

This has to be the best Mexican food on the island. It was really decent and all the flavor was there. Might not be East LA standards but really close given the ingredients they have to work with. Would get this again in a heartbeat.

Food was ok nothing special but the service was absolutely horrible. The girls behind the counter seemed to have no idea what was going on and could care less. I don’t think it’s worth eating here for the pure fact you have to deal with the employees
