We stop by here to meet with some family and get some fast casual Mexican food. I’m eating a couple of times here over the many years living in Oregon, and not been disappointed. The food was really good the prices were reasonable. You could tell that the ladies were a little flustered because we had so many people and there was covid precautions still in place but they were really accommodating and really nice. It’d be glad to go back and spend money here again.

Don’t go here. My girlfriend tried to put in an order for pick up, and the lady that answered the phone was remarkably rude. Which means I will never give them my business either. When we tried to order some burritos, the lady asked what kind of meat. Now maybe they have never had or thought of having chorizo or el pastor, but some places do. ( Muchas Gracias has chorizo, for example) Well, the lady just laughed and said- Did you even look at the menu?” Super rude to my girl, who hung up on the nasty lady on the phone. A little common sense customer service tip: if you mock and/orlaugh at your customers, they will go elsewhere. We went to Maguey’s instead and have never been disappointed or ridiculed.

Finding this place was like finding a delightful any time, any way place to eat. My favorite dish is the fajita quesadilla and / or the big burrito. These guys do not skimp on portions or cheese, and the food is mouth-watering. They also make sure to make the food the way you like it. Also, one of the few places where if you order through an app and then call them to double check the order details, are very chill about it.

I was admittedly drawn in by the giant sign that reads “Voted Best Burrito by Sneak Preview”. Not being from the area I wasn’t familiar with what “Sneak Preview” was I decided to give it a try anyway. I order the “Big Burrito” with Carne Asada which was indeed “Big”. Unfortunately the tortilla wasn’t and I couldn’t even come close to eating it with my hands. The ingredients just poured out. But that wasn’t the worst part, the carne was very bland and tough to chew and the other ingredients didn’t help since they too were bland. If this was suppose to be the best in Medford my search for decent Mexican in Medford is looking to be a great disappointment.

Order shredded beef. I receive a chicken burrito and a note that says “sorry didn’t have enough”. My wife gets a tostada which came without a crunchy tortillas on the bottom or cheese. Only lettuce, meat and beans. Señor Sams, you BLOW!!!!!!!!!

I stopped here on my way to Grants Pass and was blown away by the prices, Super expensive! 20% more than what I pay in Klamath Falls. I had a burrito that had very little taste. I was very disappointed especially considering the price. There were 2 trucks offering Mexican food nearby and I wish I had gone to one of those. I will not go back.
