Placing this review solely on service. Didn’t get a chance to actually eat our main course before we left. We arrived at approximately 5:50 pm on a Monday night and were one.of two tables seated. The waitress took our drink order and appetizer order then left. After bringing the drinks we never saw her again. Then a guy took over and took our order. Several others now we’re seated with the same waiter. Now 6:40 and they finally after asking where the appetizers were brought one of them. Now the tables around us are getting their full dinners the waiter comes back and asks what we ordered and if he can put our orders in again after waiting 40 minutes. I then told my family that we are leaving and I asked for the check for the drinks and mozzarella sticks, paid and then left. Absolutely horrible service and manager could care less. Never will we waste our time.or money there again. On a good note, because we had such a terrible experience we actually found a place called Mesquite over by the ponds in Wading River, ended up having one of the best meals EVER!!!!. If it weren’t for the Nad experience we never would have tried Mesquite. Best tacos and burrito I had in a long time. Owners were also super nice and amazing service.

Been going here for a few years now , when is to late for my wife to cook .we stop bye and get appetizers for dinner with 2 Margarita’s the best ones i ever had in Long Island… top shelf ..love there small wings as well …there street tacos are off the hook …and we love there plantains appetizer. That’s it that’s our dinner.

Food was really delicious but the service was awful. We first sat outside but then decided to come in when it seemed like the server had forgot about us. We decided not to say anything about that since we were excited to try some place new. When we came in we ordered our appetizer (chips and salsa) which came out with our entree. Not only that but my fiancés entree order was wrong. They DID apologize and brought my fiancé the right order which was really appreciated but they didn’t show great hospitality and I felt like most of them were annoyed that we mentioned their mistake. You would think that would be the end of it but they actually messed up our dessert too, I saw the server about to come out of the kitchen with it and then another employee stopped them and reminded them that we were supposed to have ice cream with our churros, we ordered two ice creams but only got one. Again decided it wasn’t worth it to say anything. Our finished plates sat on the table for the entire duration of the meal, the server did not pick up the plates till after we paid the check. My fiancé who was a server for years said this was some of the worst service he ever seen or encountered. The only reason I wasn’t completely pissed was because we really enjoyed the food! So to the manager, get your employees in check. The restaurant has way more potential, as you are serving delicious food. It seemed like the place was being run by a bunch of kids who were too distracted by socializing with each-other rather than servicing their guests properly. There was one other person physically in the restaurant, it wasn’t too busy for someone to stop by a minute or two after we started eating to ask how we were enjoying the food, or ask us if we would like some more water. So many little things that the servers could have done to make our experience there better. Not sure that we will be back to endure that awful service again, also to be honest when it seems like people are annoyed in a restaurant it makes me nervous about what happens to my food while I can’t see it. So if you’re thinking of trying this place it may be best to just do a take out order.

The food is good, the drinks are pretty decent (depending on whose making them). My biggest complaint is the parking lot that you have to drive out of since they made their establishment one way in due to making outside dining for COVID. But seriously if you want ur customers to drive around the back fix the potholes. Stop being so cheap.

Small place, food was delicious but service was barely existent. Sat at bar because service wasn’t great last time. Could see 3 staff a few feet away on there phones, after a few minutes we had to get their attention and ask if they were serving at the bar. Service was surprisingly slow, with only 3 other customers present.
