It is an all you can eat menu and the meat is really good quality. It was super delicious. All of the sides are well prepared. They are very attentive and will always be around to get you anything you need and want. The Soju is very good. They do take pictures of all their guests that they hang on the entry wall which is cute, but if you decide to go their often expect to have multiple pictures of there from their biggest fan. Great Korean food place!

It’s been about 10 years since I’ve been here at Seocho Garden in Lisle. I don’t know if it’s the same owner but the lady server is still not too friendly but the guy server is still nice so nothing has really changed. That’s why I took away 1 star. But it doesn’t really stop me from coming because the food is still yummy.

I am Korean. The food is very good, but the service is terrible. You can order all-you-can BBQ or off the menu. They provide a good variety of side dishes (panchan). If you choose the all-you-can-eat, the wait staff doesn’t come to your table often for you to order more. You end up waiting a long time, and can spend a couple of hours dining to get full. The staff also makes comments to try to guilt you into ordering less like “you eat a lot” and “you are making me walk too much”. The food is so good that we go once a year despite the service. We go to So Gong Dong in Schaumburg instead, but SGD does not have a BBQ buffet option.

If you’ve read some of the other reviews you’ll see the service is a little subpar. I think this is a popular place and the older lady who is serving is overwhelmed. She was sweet. She just needed help. Aside from this the food was tasty, you get a free pancake and all the Banchan before your food.

Alright so every single review saying they have bad service aren’t used to good Asian food. If you need something flag them down it’s just not how it is at proper Asian establishments. Food is phenomenal, staff is always friendly and they’re some of the sweetest people in the industry. I love KBBQ and my wife’s vegetarian, they’re super accommodating every single time I’ve gone over the past 5 years

The all you can eat buffet’s meat tastes really good! The service is a bit slow but there is a lot of people there though, and there’s there’s automatic gratitude charge of 18% as well. I recommend booking a reservation!

I hadn’t been to an all you can eat Korean BBQ restaurant that had very little meat options. Also could only choose between one bowl of rice or a bowl of noodles. If you want both they charge extra. Customer service was not that great . Waited a while to order a plate of meat. Definitely not the customer service I anticipated. The establishment was not that busy for them to have me wait a while. Last and not least they charge a 18% gratuity for a party of two.
