So this was an interesting experience! I am game for a good fried mozzarella stick and adding potatoes seemed like an awesome addition! Cheese and crispy outside were great and the potatoes added a nice texture.. as someone new to this food style, I would not have gotten the sugar coding… there was not enough set and salty to make the dish not overly sweet… would love to have seen the potatoes have a little salt on them to balance the flavors… definitely will try again especially with the corn dog and the Thai chili sauce they have. The fried rice cakes were a good neutral flavor dish.

I love stopping by here after a trip to H-mart or Alderwood Mall! The prices are very reasonable and the food is delicious — my fave is the half-and-half potato dog with Ah! Hot sauce, which is the house spicy mayo. The breading isn’t sweet, so the sugar on the outside is fun!

Not only is Seoul Hotdog worth a stop, it’s worth going out of the way for! I don’t know if they sell this style of dogs in Korea or not, but I could easily see why this would be incredibly popular!

Delicious corn dogs with great service. The workers were friendly and I received my order fairly quickly. It wasn’t my first time getting Korean corn dogs, so I knew what to expect. However, they were still delicious and I would recommend any of the potato options as they added more depth to flavor and texture.

It’s okay. Very few options and lacking salt. I’ve had the same type of corndog in Hawaii and Las Vegas and I can say that I preferred the one in Las Vegas (they had a squid ink batter option there and better sauces). BBQ Gochujang sauce was mild. Sweet chili sauce was too sweet because the corndog didn’t have salt. Honey mustard was underwhelming. The original sausage is low quality for the price. Pricing was also steep compared to Las Vegas and Hawaii. in Las Vegas it was about $2-$4 per stick and Hawaii was about $5.

We went on Saturday afternoon. There was a steady stream of customers. We had the potato hot dog and the regular hot dog. Both were crispy and delicious. Also got the rice cakes with a mildly spicy sauce. Also yummy. Person taking my order was nice and service was quick.

The food is amazing! Plan on waiting a while because everything is made fresh. There is not much room to sit if you have a large group. Overall I’d give it a 4.5.

When they ask if you want sugar on it. It may sound weird but say yes. It may be corndogs without the corn. But it’s not a hotdog either. But you can also get a super giant mozzarella cheese stick on a stick. But the batter is so crunchy and yummy. I will go out of my way to visit this place at least once every couple of months. Guilty pleasure.

it’s a corndog… if you like them you will like these if you don’t probably not for you. if I were to go back I would pick up an all cheese filled one for my wife and a spicy beef for me and the “potatoes” seemed a little to gimmicky to try again. also I think they got the sauses wrong because the cheese sause was very sweet.

It’s a shame on me that I didn’t know till now there is a Korean hotdog shop right next to Alderwood Mall. I was very glad when I found this place because I presumably thought I would need to go to Seattle downtown to get a Korean hotdog.
