I use to enjoy ordering from them, but after getting a whole roast beef grinder and there were 5 pieces of meat across the whole thing. My grinder was filled with more veggies than anything. I called and they said 5 pieces aren’t enough. Needless to say I stopped going there. Their pizza was good, but I just find somewhere else now

This is LITERALLY the 3rd or 4th time they got my order wrong. I kept on saying DO BETTER but today they passed the buck and said they have “new” people. It’s not rocket science It’s just pizza. Also it came an hour and 10 min after I ordered, and the pizza was not fresh and I KNOW they had that just chilling on the top of the oven until they get someone to actually deliver it. I only live 2 blocks away! I caught them once in the past and this time too, they were talking about me and “it must be my problem” when I was put on hold and they didn’t realize that it was me on the phone and I can hear them. I’m DONE with this place. They were awesome once, now…… You get the picture. Apparently others are agreeing about this problem.

After a day at amusement park me and my family headed to Sergio’s pizza for 1st time. We were all very pleased with service and food. Pizza and wings were delicious. It’s hard to find good pizza, I have found mine. If your in the area check them out, won’t regret it. They are also located in Farmington.

Since it arrived 50 minutes late, fries cold and soggy, all food cold. The food was probably good when first made but not by the time we received it. I use to love ordering here, but won’t be ordering for a very long time, hopefully the new management can get it together. Sad

my most Favorite place in Bristol, Thank God there Renovation is complete, Now they are back to there Normal operation, it’s a women own business, she was explaining they were late few orders just bcz of renovation, and people start giving negative reviews, people don’t understand how much effort and hardwork it take to run a pizza business, me and my family always go there just bcz they use the Grande cheez which is very high quality cheez’

We stopped here for the first time to get something to eat on our way home as it was too late to prepare supper- and we were all glad we did! The Chicken Souvlaki deluxe platter, Alpine Burger deluxe, and pastrami grinder were all well-prepared, seasoned perfectly, and fresh. Also, the portions were generous and prices reasonable. The staff is friendly and the place is clean as well. My only very slight criticism is that I wish there was a little salt on the french fries, but I could have added that if I ate in. We plan on coming back and trying their pizza next time. I recommend checking out Sergio’s…they have much more than pizza!

I just ordered a pizza delivered online. The process was very easy and the delivery was very fast. My pizza was different and I wanted no cheese and left a note and it was read and the food was perfect for me. This is a BBQ Chicken Bacon and Onion with no cheese.
