Food was great. I think small improvements can be made to make the chicken pair with pasta better. Appetizers are delicious. The server was extremely nice. She was very attentive. The host; however, was a bit snobby rather than welcoming, but thankfully she is just a host and not a server or I would have left. Food overall was great even though there was a wait. Extremely great value for what you get.

I had the penne pasta with the creamy pesto sauce. The pasta was cooked to perfection. I don’t usually have cream sauces, but I tried and was thoroughly impressed. The cream sauce didn’t over power the pesto. It was very balance. The bread bowl was excellent in flavor and texture. Our waitress was very accomodating, since a busload (literally)of people came in just before us. We still got our food in a timely manner. I’d go back again .

I booked the room with Erin for my birthday dinner like 2 weeks before my birthday. She said she’s the manager! She didn’t mention a deposit or any fee for the room. So yesterday my dinner was for 7pm. I stopped by at 6pm to drop my cake off & she asked did I pay a deposit for the room. & they had gave the ROOM AWAY! I was livid! She never mentioned a deposit. I asked her about a deposit. She said it was $100 deposit only if it’s 20 or more people. I was not having more than 15 so I said I didn’t need to pay it. She said we could get a smaller area with booths. My thing is if I booked the room already why would they book it for somebody else with more people.. i guess because they had more people & would be spending more money! Idk!

Always a memorable meal, warm laid-back atmosphere, and splendid food. The service is great; from the hostess to the waitstaff to the bartender, everyone here greeted us upon arrival and then again when we began gathering coats and umbrellas to leave. For a gem of an Italian restaurant buried in the Delta soil, there’s no better option than Serio’s.

The staff was young and friendly. They seemed eager to serve us. The bartender was very attentive and made sure we had “adequate ” drinks. We felt really good by the time we left.

I would not recommend to animals!!! The service is the worst I have EVER seen. It is managed poorly. I have had their food and it was pretty good for takeout. But the manager should look for another career because the customer service sucks! I wouldn’t recommend if you like customer service. The manager should be trained by Chik Fil A!
