Although we’ve lived in the area for years, we never ate at Serra Brothers. We decided to give it a shot to watch football and have been going routinely ever since. It’s not a fancy place, it has more of a local bar vibe, but the food and service are great! The seared tuna is the best in the ‘Burg. The chicken cheesesteak is a standout as well. But that’s not what keeps us coming back. It’s the bartender/server, Brian. He takes great care of us and makes us feel at home no matter how busy he is. Also, he makes a mean Cosmo for those that like martinis :). I can’t forget the other exceptional bartender, Dawn. She’s kind and attentive and is always smiling. I highly recommend it!

Let me start by saying I eat here regularly, but no longer after today. I go to pick up my food and yes I understand some kitchens don’t require gloves but lots of hand washing. The cook was actively wiping sweat, putting food in his mouth, then cutting sandwiches touching my food with his bare hands. Proceeds to microwave my gravy and pull it out to check the temp with his bare finger and stick it back in the microwave. Needless to say I took a refund and left the food. Please train your employees better.

Dawn & Brian are 2 of the best Bartenders in town. Serra’s menu is revamped and the pizza remains some of the best in town. Food specials during the week and reduced drink prices during Orioles games.

Went for brunch for the first time and the breakfast sliders and potatoes are amazing! Cheapest bottomless mimosas around! Fun atmosphere, great bartenders and their pizza is the best!

We had wings and the Italian Pannini. Food was very good. Coldest beer I’ve ever had. Bartenders was outstanding! Ladies room needs a thorough cleaning.
