I have been coming to this place for two years. Beautiful place to sit down and work or have a chat with friends. Nice atmosphere. You can also sit outside. Very attentive staff. The coffee is delicious and, if you prefer, it can be served in a real mug. I love the crispy chicken sandwich. Highly recommended.

This beautiful, clean and spacious coffee/bakery café has an array of coffee beverages and glass display cases filled with Portuguese sweet and savory choices. Comfortable seating arrangements and a wonderful dining area for conversation, working on laptops, reading or people watching through the large glass wall storefront picture windows. Prices are reasonable and the family owned counter/customer service is friendly and efficient. On the street meter parking can be challenging, although if you’re getting a take-out order, take advantage of “15 minutes free“ meter parking before heading inside.

This is my new favorite place for coffee and a snack. Love their Portuguese Doughnuts! As you can see from the pics, I ate it too quickly and had to go back up to take a photo at the counter. Had their BLT too and that is really nice. Just across the road from the train station so a good spot to wait for your next train.

Great alternative to Starbucks. Cute yet big space to drink a cappuccino, digital nomad, hang with friends. Charging outlets. Clean bathroom. Pastry desserts, muffins, etc. 5 minute walk right as you leave westbound Summit train station.

The place is beautiful, the pastries look fresh and are tasty. The service needs a lot of help, upon ordering you have to pay then they ask if you wanna leave a gratuity 15 20 or 25% I left 15%. Sat at a table about 10 minutes later they called my name and told me my latte was ready at the counter, so I walked over to the counter and picked up my latte and a pastry. Still waiting for a sandwich later after my latte was finished they called my name again to tell me my sandwich is ready. The servers lack training and a sense of service and timing. And why ask for a tip if you’re not even bringing the food over to the tables. And for a Portuguese style delicatessen the fact that it offered mozzarella cheese Swiss and no Portuguese cheese leaves to be desired A true authentic taste of anything Portugal.

Decore and location is lovely. I didn’t get a chance to try the desserts. I wanted to order a crispy chicken sandwich and they told me that the sandwich and three other sandwiches on their menus was unavailable. The one sandwich that I did get did not taste very good. The guacamole was not made fresh (I think it was brought premaid from a supplier) and the eggs were cold. For what I paid I could have made a significantly better sandwich at home. Latte tasted bitter and very milky. 🙁

Met a friend for coffee at Serra Doce today. Really liked the relaxed vibe, comfortable seating and of course the excellent coffee. Friendly staff in a great location across from the train station. Passed on the sweets but will make sure to sample the renowned Portuguese donuts next time!
