We have eaten here a few times and the service & food are great. It’s almost impossible to just walk in because you need reservations. But when you do, be ready to satisfy your taste buds. One of my favorites here is the spaghetti and meatballs. This is the only place where I eat this dish. It comes with giant meatballs and garlic cheese toast. You can’t go wrong. The sandwiches and burgers are also amazing. I used to love their asada fries but not only did the price go up but the quality went down. They used to be perfect. The staff & environment is always great. Love the fresh roses always.

Food is delicious! Fries got cold very fast and not very tasty other than the fries its really good. Nice portions. Huge cali club sandwich. And cheeseburgers almost the size of my head! Lol also tried the garlic toast and wow it smells amazing! Comes with a marinara dip sauce and tastes so yummy. Tried the cheesecake. It was really good besides the “strawberry” sauce to put on top. The prices are ok tiny bit high but they do give a lot of food. The bad thing about it is even when you order for pick up and you receive a text saying it is ready for pick up, you go and ask for the order and the girl goes back for another 10-15mins (and I’m not exaggerating) and then finally brings your order out. Huh?! Didnt I just get a text saying my order was ready?! This happens every time! Even when I just ordered a slice of cheesecake! Why on earth does it take so long to slice and pack a cheesecake slice?! I only come back here because I get reward dollars for here for being a serrano club member. It is open 24hrs and yes you can dine in. Yes I would suggest trying it but just be aware of the long wait.

I really appreciate the different cuisines and the chef’s interpretation and creative process.Loco moco is what I had for late supper main course.The atmosphre and food is of a lively Bistro. I was intrigued and pleased that the gravy was prepared with wine infusion and shitake mushrooms as an additional flavor profile. The hamburger patty was prepared to my choice of medium doneness. The food and the beef was tasty and fresh. With a sunny side up eggs and furikake a seaweed shake on top. And a side relish of mild Kimchi. It was delicious! I also ordered a side of sunny side eggs both eggs cooked to order and correctly executed. My waiter was attentive and pleasant. He made me a cappuccino and I thought it was good but not the best I’ve had. IHOP had a better version. The tall bottle of Voss mineral water kept me refreshed and cool. I also appreciate the flowers and the crisp linen and modern tableware sets. Late night supper is a must to do and revisit again on my next trip!

Took 15 min to get seated requires reservation somewhat and the room was empty like seats available ….could be because they’re understaffed found this out while eating hard to get service when u need it …. took forever to get card back system down …. ask for sides jam A1 and ketchup …. the food is good like the muffin a little small tho …. saw another review said service was either really good or really bad now I see lol

While the dining experience was great our credit car was compromised. Within hours of dining here and paying with a credit card I had fraudulent online charges made on my card. I had not used this card for a week and the only place I used it was here. While I would eat here again I would pay with cash.
