Their food was awesome and I don’t know if it was because I was hungry but I cleaned my plate dry. Also, their salsa is great! Some Mexican restaurants you get salsa that is so runny you can’t even keep it on a chip but theirs is just the right texture, viscosity and flavor. Employees are friendly and very helpful. If you don’t know exactly what to order, they will tell you the truth about what is the winning dish after just a couple of questions. I will definitely be back to this place.

We’re here to celebrate one of our family member’s graduation. We ordered some quesadillas, fajitas, and the pollo meals. The vegetables were still frozen. Ended up asking the waitress to reheat it in the microwave. That aside, the chicken wasn’t fresh either. We thought the texture and the smell of the meat was a bit odd but we ate it anyway because we’re hungry and thought probably it’s just the way they cooked it. However, all of us had stomach discomfort a couple hours after consuming the food (and no, it’s not because we can’t eat spicy food. If you see my other reviews, you’ll know we LOVE spices). This is probably our first and last time visiting Serranos.

I’ve lived near here for about 3 years. Called in an order one day, got there 25 minutes after my call, they hadn’t even put my order in the system. The woman that was supposed to take my order was more worried about her paper she was writing than actually working .( I get it, education is important. Worry about your job when your at work.)The last 2 times I made a door dash pick up order, everyone at the front ignored me until I stopped someone to tell them I needed my order. Sadly, I probably will not be coming back to eat at this location. I’ll go across the street to Tios.

Pretty good margaritas, great street tacos, wonderful atmosphere! I had my graduation party here and they were able to get us in immediately. Everywhere else was an hour wait!

Gross food. Watered down cheese dip. Horrible service. The food was so dry I was practically choking so asked for just a tiny (key word tiny) amount of something to put on it, was given a bit of cheese dip so watered down causing my food to be dripping all over the place. To boot, was charged for that teeny amount of cheese water.
