I ordered the Sushi & Sashimi menu item (less than $25), and not 10 minutes later was presented with this beautiful spread of fish. It tasted high-quality and delicious, and came with a small bowl of miso soup alongside. Absolute gem of a restaurant.

Came here looking for sushi in DTSJ. I’m a big sushi lover and this restaurant had the best rolls I’ve ever eaten. Agadashi and Pink Dragon Roll were phenomenal. Mango mousse was also very good.

Seven Seas is one of the last remaining small sushi bars in San Jose. No boats, no all-you-can-eat, Seven Seas focuses on quality over quantity. We live in Japan Town and Seven Seas is our go-to place for take-out sushi.

Very cosy family owed sushi place. Calm, not crowded at all. You feel yourself kinda at friends home there(: The choice of rolls is solid, and as the pictures in menu are not very representative be ready to read a lot. We ordered Maximus crunchy roll with various fish, avocado, unagi and tobiko and Mango paradise roll because I’m a fan of cream cheese in sushi(: The food came fast! And the portions were good size – 10 pieces each. To my mind prices are very reasonable in this place. We liked both rolls for their bright refreshing flavors and good quality of components. Seaweed salad and sake were a delightful addition to our dinner. So really excited to find this place and planning to come back to try new rolls and other Japanese meals.

I ordered delivery with one ramen and one fried rice. And I got this in the ramen. Not plastic, like some metal and sharp. See picture. If I didn’t pay attention and just drank the soup, I would already be in ER right now. Not acceptable at all for a restaurant to have this kind of mistake. Anyone goes here or order here please be careful.

Sushi was good, maybe a little pricy but so is everywhere these days. I was just bummed because we sat under a pretty loud TV with cnn on and we asked them to turn it down and they weren’t game to. No one was watching jt, the place was empty. Just sort of wierd. But elsewise, nice enough people and food.

Originally ordered (or so I thought) the cold tempura soba but it came as a hot soup. I couldn’t wait for them to redo it and it’s almost the same item, but next time I must specify I want tempura ZARU soba. The Giants roll is a tad too salty in my opinion for the flavor spectrum. The meal was slightly expensive, $60 for two, $29 on my end.
