The food is good but they are understaffed and so service is quite slow at no fault of employees. Also the layout is terrible. Anything you need from the server, they have to walk 30 or 40 yards to get it for you. And the bar layout is bad too… there is no exit or entrance near the dining room so employees once again must travel across the universe to get where they need to be. It is also impossible to use a breakfast coupon to take food back up to the room unless you have a declaration from Congress and your server is kind enough to travel across the border to get you the take out containers and forks and spoons etc. And don’t order eggs. I was the only guy in there and they took like 15 min to come out. I was done eating by then.

Bar and grill only open for breakfast?? I made reservations at the hotel attached so we wouldnt have to worry about drinking and driving. Only to arrive and be told they are breakfast only. I understand with covid thing are a little different but you need to update your business hours on Google.

Decent experience. They have great specials and the happy hour is great. Service is lacking with some basic issues. They need to do better with communicating what their specials mean and ensure staff is all properly trained.

Priced are high. Horrible service. Waitress took forever to greet us. Never came back to our table to see how everything was. Never offered a refill on our drinks. Only time waitress spoke to us after we receive our food was to give us the check. Our next few days of stay at the hotel, we went out to eat. I will never go there again.

Another establishment I really wanted to love due to the proximity to home. We keep going back, hoping things will get better. Subpar pub food, slower than normal service, appears to have high turnover in staff. Consistently out of fairly common liquors. Last vist June 2nd they had no Grey Goose.

We have been staying here at the Radisson for 3 weeks for work. We went in to Shade and I ordered the prime rib dip. We were the only cIustomers. The cook came out and whispered in the waiters ear when he got our order and the waiter told him to do what hes gotta do.

Just left this place. Very disappointing. Food was awful. Cold, quality poor, nothing more than a deluxe continental breakfast not a buffet. 12.99 not worth 2.99 Red Blazer in Concord 10 times better same price. Service was equally horrible had to ask to have plates removed ask for coffee and refill of coffee. Never be back don’t bother wasting your time or money..

If I could say the service was worse than one…. wait, I am. I hope you have 3 hours for a 1 hr dinner. No menu or bar knowledge around the board. Don’t ask opinions. Pick something, hope it comes out correctly. If it does not. Don’t expect an immediate solution. It’s in the hotel, so that’s a plus. Good luck. Take a $20 uber downtown and explore.

Terrible!!!!!!My 17th Anniversary, bartender who doesn’t know how to make a grapefruit martini. A waitress who walks several times and makes no eye contact and no acknowledgement, it’s like we never existed. This is the worst dinning experience we ever had.
