I was recommended this place by a fellow foodie. Drove up from Lincoln and got the chicken biryani. Instead of chicken chunks, you get two whole pieces of chicken (leg and thigh). Food came out fresh and fast. Can’t wait to try their other items on the menu.

The Mantu appetizer was flavorful. Overall, we tried the Dopyeza (probably our favorite), Chicken Kabob, Shami Kabob, and Chapli Kabob. All had great spice (although not hot spicy) and the portions were plentiful. We also tried the Yogurt Drink (Lassi/Doogh) and that has a very… um, special taste but not one we need to experience again.

Very, very good. I highly recommend to try this Afghan fare. First time, and definitely will be coming back. Delicious prepared to order home cooked food. We tried 3 dishes. All were terrific. The rice soo good. There is also a wonderful store with fresh meats and much more. A definite Omaha hidden gem! With quality product and service, it won’t be hidden for long.

Delicious made-to-order food! We’ve been a few times and every time it is incredible. I would eat a plate of this rice alone, but the okra and the combo (chicken, lamb, and kabob) are what dreams are made of! Amazing service as well! Try the green tea if you’re a warm tea fan, it’s great!

Absolutely wonderful restaurant, staff was very friendly and accommodating in recommending dishes. We had the potato-in-naan appetizer, the chicken biryani and the sampler plate. Everything was perfectly seasoned and balanced, red sauce was deliciously hot without being overwhelming, rice was light and flavorful. The spicy ground lamb was my favorite, but I’d order everything we had again it was that good.

We went here because of their online menu, which apparently is out of date, they only had about a third of those menu selections available today. Its a small restaurant which is part of a grocery store, only 1 table of customers at 1pm.
