My absolute favorite food truck! On multiple occasions I have driven over 1.5 hours just get some lunch because it is that good! Joe and the rest of the team treat you like family and they always put out high quality food. I recommend this place to friends and family all the time and plan to continue doing so.

Sooooo good~~~~~ Must must must must try. 1000% recommend. Whole fam loved it. We was dying of korean food and kimchi. We from NY and we’re korean so our taste buds a bit more sensitive to spices. Oh, but this place hit the spot. You must must must get their bowls and their fried dumplings. We loved their kimchi. I spilled a bit while shaking and the server came out to fill my bowl again, it was my fault, I was good, but she insist. She filled my bowl, I scraped that bowl clean. I will drive all the way from airport to this spot for this bowl. SO WORTH the 40 min drive.

Every time I see Shaka Shake’s truck I have to pull over to grab their food. I’ve made it routine to pick it up on my way to my friend’s weekly game night! I love getting the combo of beef and spicy pork where I can get so much variety for great value! I’ve introduced it to many of my friends and I will continue to do so. Why? Because even after a long off season, when they return, they remember me.

I have been eating Joe’s food since I was a sophomore in high school where I would have to limit myself to eating a shaka bowl to every other day. Truly incredible eating that you could never get tired of. I live in SLC and will still make trips to have Joe’s incredible food. I would recommend to everyone; nothing truly like it!

One of the best Polynesian food out there in Utah. We came from Provo and it’s hard to find good food in Heber. But this was absolutely worth the trip. Service was even better, great people. Aloha!
