I’m giving the store a five because they are so kind and helpful and their ice cream cones are to die for. Their hamburgers are wonderful. You may have to wait a little longer to get your order, but they are so helpful and accommodating. I needed their help so bad today for so many reasons aside from ordering and they were right there for me and I want to say thank you. It was Saturday afternoon on White Lane and I don’t know their names but they were so kind to me. I just discovered their hamburgers last week and they’re just a very good hamburger.

This place used to be a staple for quality fast food in bakersfield. The available products went down as well as the quality of the food. I went here again recently, hoping that they would still be good but was slightly disappointed. I was waiting at the drive-through window for over 10 minutes for the “hot mess” burger I ordered, and when I got home to eat it, I was very underwhelmed. Patty was freshly cooked, but it was saltier than the ocean and overall it was just meh for a “gourmet burger” probably won’t go again.

The quality and service of shake n buns has gone down tremendously. The girl taking your order over talks you and doesn’t have patience while you order. She isn’t friendly often. Our drinks were watered down. Asked for cheese on my sandwich none was there. It didn’t tasted like it was cooked properly. Found a hair in my container smh eww this is just so unacceptable. Our other sandwich tasted like it was in contact with BBQ sauce and it tasted gross. It wasn’t a pleasant experience customer service wise or food wise. Been saying I wouldn’t go back but this was last straw. For the cost and wait I should’ve just went to burger King. This place will not get my business again.

I went to try and shake for the first time ever and customer service was five out of five. Food was 5 out of 5. Atmosphere was five out of five as well. Overall it is a great restaurant to eat at. Highly recommend to eat here. Would eat here again.

I love shake n bunz! Always friendly and get my vegan order right every time, I really appreciate them. Delicious impossible burger , fried pickles and dairy free milk shakes. New plant based popcorn chik’n is pretty good.

The drive through is fairly fast the frozen treats are great and they have a surprisingly large vegetarian menu with impossible meats and vegetarian frozen treats and shakes.

I really enjoy a place that makes food to order. Everything came out hot and fresh. Had to snack on the fries on the way home. Smelled and tasted great! Had the double classic. Nice, thick patties and no shortage of veggies. Very satisfying! My son enjoyed the chocolate brownie swirl. The chili cheese fries portion was a little small but made up in delicious taste. Well worth trying out.

I came from out of town to try their vegan impossible burger and dairy free milkshake. The staff was really friendly and helpful to the questions I had. Both the burger and milkshake were awesome. Wait time was not too long. It was about 10 minutes. There was one order ahead of mine. I would recommend this place and definitely going to go back to it.
