I love Shake Shack—it is definitely my go-to for elevated fast food. However, my last experience was not as good as usual. You expect consistency when coming here, and my shack stack mushroom was undercooked. The cheese inside was still cold. Not pleasant at all.

This was my first time at Shake Shack, and it was overall a good experience. I got a bacon cheeseburger and bacon cheese fries with a side of nuggets. Everything came out hot and fresh. The service and food were really good. I would definitely recommend and would return for more burgers and fries.

Burger was so salty (and almost fishy tasting) I couldn’t eat it, was drowning in sauce and pickles were also very salty. Even my 9-year old cheeseburger lover wouldn’t eat it, had to throw it away. Based on this experience, won’t be going back.

Great service, great food, good GF bun option- thin which I like, but fit burger well enough & didn’t fall apart, generous lettuce; manager & assistant offered extra help & brought us free crinkle fries when we said we were newbie first timers. Great extra personal touch and got us cups of water that we forgot.
