came here on my lunch, ordered the white truffle mushroom burger, with the white truffle parmesan fries. Placed my order on the tablet, it was quick with little wait. After placing my order, it took about 10min for it to come out, everything was hot and crispy. It was a good portion, awesome flavors. If your shopping at bay street just order ahead, and it will be ready by the time you walk up to the shop.

So I order my food at a mobile kiosk thing and wait 15 minutes. That’s all fine. I get my food but my drink is wrong (Strawberry Lemonade), so I go ask and they say they’re out of Strawberry Lemonade, which is why they gave me normal lemonade. The women next to me at the counter was asking the same exact question. So i’m offered if I want a different drink, and the only other lemonade they have is the Dragonfruit one. So I get that. I end up with 2 lemonades.

It’s good if you’ve never been to a shake shack. The burgers are fair. I’d put them on par with Super Duper or just a little bit above the habit. The pricing is a good bit higher though. Not sure what they think justified that.

Nobody at the registers I had cash and wanted to use since I left my card at home can’t get any live help. Thankfully my husband had his card I finally just ordered with his but wildly frustrating trying to order. There is no reason for any business to take the human interaction out of it. The funny thing is they refuse to give you human engagement but still want a tip I gave one because it isn’t the employees fault the business is poorly setup but I did hear other customers saying the same thing how are they going to ask for a tip when I’m doing the work. Do better, people appreciate and will pay more and frequent more for real human engagement.

Burgers were so good! Yes they look a little small at first but pack a wallop, especially if you get a double patty. I don’t understand the complaints about wait time – the place was busy and we still got our food in a reasonable amount of time given it’s not a fast food joint.
