The food was OK and I loved the ease of ordering but the food was so tiny! For the price of a full size cheeseburger I feel like I got a tiny slider from white castle. The Creamsicle shake was amazing and worth coming back for. If it was twice the size it would’ve been even better!

First shake shack experience. We tried the shroom burgers and chicken bites with spicy and normal fries. Everything was amazing and flavorful except the portobello mushroom was tough to chew, otherwise the added breading and oozing cheese were so good. Service was prompt and friendly, and the place was clean. Would definitely go back!!

I love Shake Shack. Sadly this was my worst experience at a Shake Shack. We ordered on line for pick up. Arrived, food was sitting on the counter. My friend picked it up and brought it out to the car and the fries were cold and limp. The burgers were hot and fresh. We had ordered cheese fries and an extra side of cheese and they only gave us one. I took the fries back in and they replaced them with fresh ones and said we could keep the others also. They also gave me the missing cheese sauce

xtremely rude and lazy staff, especially at the pick-up window. Don’t ask for any extra sauces unless you want an extra side of attitude with your order! Can you believe they have the audacity to ask for tips on top of their attitude and laziness? I recommend anywhere else in Beverly Hills for lunch.

We ordered 3 burgers, and a grilled cheese. The grilled cheese, was literally, flat as a pancake. The burgers were not great, but, not awful. My sister requested grilled onions, which she got, but, she also got my raw onions, that should have been on my burger. Very disappointing, for spending over 70.00.

They infringe on my right to self-identification. Because they only have LGB+ cups. Plus, they don’t even put napkins on the tray. Why do I tip when I have to run around the place and look for everything I need to eat?
