While we were in New York City for a short time, we managed to give a try to Shake & Shack restaurant. I had a Shack burger with a gluten-free bun, which was freakingly one of the best buns I have ever eaten. The beef was so juicy and flavourful, and the French fries were so crispy. Even though I’m not a milkshake girl, we ordered a chocolate milkshake, as well, that was incredibly delicious with a milky, creamy and less sweet texture. The location is pretty amazing with a patio where we enjoyed our dinner. They are opening their first location in Toronto, Canada and hoping to receive the same texture and deliciousness. If not, well, I’m heading down to New York again

Both the burger and fries were very salty, especially the fries, as if they were fried in salt and covered with salt and tasteless. I couldn’t eat it even though I was very hungry. My drink order was fifty/fifty and they got it wrong, I realized at home when I opened the package that they put organic iced tea. It was a terrible experience, it never deserves its money, I definitely do not recommend it.

First time ever eating at any Shake Shack. It was good, I do wish you got more lettuce on your sandwich. It seemed a little too laid back in the back, but that could just be the atmosphere they promote for their workers.

For a fast bite to eat this was great. The burgers are perfectly seasoned in my opinion and same with the fries (and they’re ALL PERFECTLY CRISPY!! No soggy outliers here). The little bit of crisp on the burgers I enjoyed and is a nice change from the soft burgers from typical fast food joints in Ontario. I went here 2x in 2 days , had to make the most of it while in the area.

Great spot in Midtown for some burgers and fries. They also have great beverage and frozen shake options. Some seating is available inside but expect it to get filled quickly during lunch.
