Shake Shack Carlsbad is the best period! I have the best meals, the service, and cleanliness! I had an exceptional experience today (7/25) with the team. The cashier “IT” took my corset. They were pleasant, hospitable, and have a glowing personality, and my order was accurate. The team members, Jeremy and Devon prepared the best grilled cheese sandwich with bourbon sauce, strips of bacon and onions. This may sound simple but I e had others mess it up at other locations in the region. I have visited the surrounding SD region Shake Shacks, but Carlsbad is hands down the BEST!!! Thank you to “IT, “Jeremy”, and “Devon” for a stellar experience. I will keep coming back and recommending Shake Shavk Carlsbad to anyone who’s looking for a great meal and experience.

Dorian and Caden were remarkably respectful and answered all of our questions about the location and food. We ordered a DBL Shack, fries, cookies & cream shake, and a nondairy shake. We had our food in under ten minutes easily even though they seemed mildly busy, very impressive. Food was delicious. The nondairy option shake was surprisingly good, it’s not often the nondairy options I have to go with are as good as they were here. Caden was the one who initially pointed out they had a delicious nondairy option and that was the reason I ended up getting one in the first place. Great location, great employees, great food!

Showed up for lunch and was very surprised at how empty the parking lot was and the restaurant was food came out quick got the double roadside burger and bacon cheese fries both were really good ( small but good ) Only issue tables were dirty. Shake Shack to me is just above average. They are good at what they do but the price is kinda up there for what you get. Bacon on burgers feels like microwave consistency and its hit or miss on whether there is a good char on the patty. Also not a fan of the async food order method. Couple times I’ve ordered a head and my food is ready but not at the pickup shelf and I basically get ignored until I flag down someone.

I’m excited to share my positive experience at Shake Shack. The food quality is outstanding, and it’s always a treat for me to indulge in their burgers and shakes during my cheat days. What’s even more delightful is that my 7-year-old, who usually doesn’t finish her food, absolutely loved their burger and polished it off. It’s heartening to find a place where both kids and adults can enjoy the food. While I must admit that Shake Shack is a bit pricey, the delectable flavors and the joy it brings make it a worthwhile indulgence.

It was amazing to say the least. It was an excellent choice when deciding what to eat for lunch today. I had the shack stack, fries, and root beer float. The shack stack was absolutely delectable! The fries complimented the burger quite nicely and the cosmetics of the restaurant was appealing to the eyes. There was an outside eating area which was pleasant, and makes having the option of inside or outside a nice touch to the place. The burger was so good, it was a roller coaster of flavor which seemed to be far too short. I’d eat here again and I recommend anyone who hasn’t, to definitely try it.

Really pathetic over hyped burger. I had the cheese burger…. Not the shack burger. It was tossed together sloppy … No flavor. Extremely over priced. I asked them for sauce lettuce tomato. My fault for not paying attention to my ordering. After the extra fixing still extremely plain. Very expensive, not great value. I won’t go back

Good vibe, clean place and conscious staff, and the burgers taste great, remind me of Disney’s Country Bear Gymborry grill of old. Fries use some kind of vegetable oil that detracts from the taste, they could be so much better with avocado, olive or safflower oil. Love that you can order and pay on screens, makes the experience a lot better. They even have children play mounds outside which is good if you bring children. Recommend!
