I went to Shake Shack at Preston Royal in Dallas and had a really good time. The food was awesome, especially the hamburgers. They were super tasty and cooked just right. The service was also really quick, which was great because I was hungry. Overall, I had a great experience there with delicious food and fast service.

Shake Shack as always had a good food. Price is a little high single each item is priced individually. I wish the company as a whole would make combo options to make you feel like getting a deal. Since a burger, fries, drink, and vanilla shake is $21. This visit seemed to have slower food service than normal and wasn’t busy. Aside from that still good place to eat, if you don’t mind the price.

I tried the Veggie Shack Burger (added Crispy Shallots). They forgot the shallots, but gave me some on the side to add myself. No biggie. What IS a big deal though… upon arriving there were only 2 parties already dining in… myself and another party walked in together. The customers before me ordered to-go, but I decided to dine-in. They weren’t busy at all and never came out to clean the dining area thee entire time I was there. It was only 2 other dine-in customers that came in after me and a few others were pick-up orders. I had wipes so cleaned my own area, but this should always be one of the top focuses along with customer service & taste. The Veggie Shack Burger was pretty good, but I like the Shroom Shack Burger better. The Cherry Hibiscus Summerade was more tart than sweet. All that piled up trash was there when I got there so I had to go to the other trash bin to empty my tray. Customer service was ok, but I probably won’t come back to this location.

The service at shake shack gets worse as the prices go up and up. Every time we go there it is a disaster of terrible service. This time we used kiosks and waited 30 minutes for our order only to discover they never started the order. We had to start over. The manager was really nice, but the people at corporate that created the kiosks should be fired.

My FAVOURITE burger joint! I really hope they open one up in Toronto someday. I love that this location has a patio outdoors and plenty on seating indoors. The service is consistently friendly and efficient here. The beef is really tasty, the egg bun is buttery and melt in your mouth, the crinkle fries are perfectly crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. Make sure to ask for extra shack sauce on the side to dip your fries, and your burger! It sooo delicious!!

Update… service level has CRASHED here. Waited 5 minutes for one of 8 people to speak to us.. then waited more until gave up. Plenty of employees. Third time this has happened to us.
