The food was absolutely disgusting it was not fresh at all it was like rubber not like the one in Arlington Virginia or Vegas for sure the service sucked to and then you tip for what anyway fries were cold hamburgers were like rubber the shakes weren’t even mixed and they were melted it look like we would have gotten food poisoning from everything there for $57 for two burgers two fries and four shakes no way! You know what else I got in and out about 2 weeks ago and it was terrible I emailed them to let them know and without even asking for receipt they had sent me a gift certificate to replace the food that I bought Shake Shack did nothing but give me a refund would I ever go back probably not wasted $57 on food and then to do what go try it again for another $57 and go through a hassle to get a refund? It’s not that I like to complain or run around and try to get free food or anything like that I’m not that kind of a person but when you take time to walk through the mall to go to the Shake Shack to get food that you’re excited to get and get that to eat which was absolutely disgusting probably the end of the night old food shakes weren’t even mixed just disgusting and then have them do nothing not a very good company

Not as good as it was when it was initially opened. First time around both the quality and the taste was really great, but not happening anymore, the burger patty is unbelievably thin and overcooked ( kinda burnt, since it is think I believe it gets burnt fast). Chicken smells bad like it’s spoiled or is not fresh.

Not a frequent patron of Shake Shack so can’t comment on whether this is a typical location. The burgers were pretty small for the price, and the fries are the type you get from a school cafeteria. Reasonably tasty but nothing remarkable. $26 was barely enough to fill up an adult and a 7-year-old for lunch. Very clean location with polite staff.

First time at this spot, got a double bacon cheeseburger with a lemonade , hands down one of the best burgers I’ve ever had. Lemonade was good but not the best. They got chicken sandwiches and bacon cheese fries too so definitely coming back to try those. Only thing that sucks is they don’t have yellow peppers/hot sauce etc. but it was still bomb.

For a good meal at the mall, look no further. We were staying in the area for a few days and much of our downtime was spent at the Fashion Center. Each time we came by Shake Shack we got a lemonade (sometimes with food, sometimes not) and each time it was delicious and service was great.

Delicious! Second time having shake shack – the first was in Massachusetts in the east coast and I wasn’t impressed. It was pricey and small, and the portion sizes were just disappointing for what you paid. I decided to give shake shack another chance — this time round it was pretty decent! Good light dinner, it’s not heavy which can be a good thing. The fries can be better than in n out fries sometimes I feel… it was hot and fresh! I got the cheeseburger and fries. Good spot to try out at the del amo food court. The service was great too, the workers are kind and plentiful seating area around it.

My double cheeseburger was delicious, and my wife thought the veggie burger was the best she had ever eaten. The watermelon lemonade was fine. The service was fair, but with people standing around waiting for food, it was a bit confusing. Simply tables around the food court for your dining.

Ordered off the app and it said I would get a text when my order was ready, but I never got a text. I had to go to the counter and provide my name to get my order. The ShackBurger is really good. I love the softness and chewiness of the bun. I added pickles and it gave it a nice tang. I had requested a side of ShackSauce, but it was missing from my order.
