This Shake Shack location needs to go back through training! The service was nonexistent. I walked in and two of the young ladies just stared at me like a deer in front of headlights. I’m like, oh okay.. that’s what we’re doing. So, an older lady came from behind and looked at me as well… at this point I’m like am I in a twilight zone!?! A few seconds go by and I just asked if I was able to use the self ordering device on the counter and she finally said something to me.. she said “yes”..

Pictured is the Avocado Bacon Burger and Cookies and Cream milkshake! The fries are also crinkle! The burger is a single patty and I would recommend going with the double patty. At least that is my plan in the future! This location is on Euclid and is very close to House of Blues and the Jack Casino. I will definitely be going back!

We showed up and there was no wait which was nice. I love that they have huge tables for larger parties. I ordered our food and it came out pretty quick. The grilled cheese we ordered I wish I wouldyve gotten a photo it was absolutely pathetic it was smashed completely flat with barely any cheese on it my son wouldn’t even eat it. The fries I ordered were supposed to come with ranch I believe but we never received that the fries were subpar we didn’t eat them. The burger was great I will say. My husband got the chicken bites and he said they were average. Overall, probably wouldn’t come back unless we were desperate to find a place but the staff were nice enough. I will say the bathrooms were really clean.

Service was really fast! Usually at other restaurants, the time it takes the person at the cash register is a lot slower to the point where I would have to slow down to make sure they got it, but this time l said something and it was added immediately.
