Great shake shack location. Clean and efficient. Food didn’t take too long and there was someone making sure the food was correct before handing it to us. Staff cleaned up tables right after people finished so we got a window table pretty quickly.

Had Shake Shack for the first time and not sure what the big deal is. Cheese on the burgers tastes a bit fake and stands out over the taste of the meat. Fries were good. This location messed up my order somehow so I had to wait longer as people who ordered after me got their meals first. It was also in need of cleaning with the condiments table particularly messy. Perhaps other locations are better run than this one.

The location itself is cute but the food was terrible. To dine-in but have all the burger be cold makes no sense. The fries taste like they’ve been sitting out all day; dry and cold. They need to do better

Meh… been to a few shake shacks but this one is probably the worst one I’ve been to. Chicken bites were burnt, tasted like the cooking oil was long overdue a change and burgers were okay. Tried the Hot Ones burger which doesn’t come with any lettuce or tomato so don’t forget to add it to your order if you are expecting it. Overall the service was slooooow and waited longer than we should have, considering the restaurant was pretty quiet. I’ll stick to the locations I know in the future.
