To walk from the corner of the block to Shake Shack’s front door in the evening is like experiencing Armageddon. In the ‘no standing’ zone in the street and on the sidewalk are 50+ electric motor bikes, some standing in the street, some patrolling the sidewalk. A total hazard, a total disaster. And the contact high you can get from the all the weed is not exactly a plus either. Once you negotiate all of the potential catastrophic issues and finally enter the restaurant, you get on line and experience a fairly competent ordering process, after which your food is brought to you. Which is convenient. Finding a table is not so convenient. During the meal I noticed several Uber Eats deliveries on a rack which remained on the rack for my entire meal. Even though all those dozens of ‘delivery men’ sat out front. Two bathrooms, both gender neutral, good thinking. Food was fine but impossible to enjoy with the reality of having to pass that gauntlet again hanging over my head…

I ordered the Smokeshack burger, and it was tasty. Just the right amount of heat and the bacon added nicely to the flavour. I also had a Black & White shake, and it too was delicious. The little bits of chocolate mixed in went nicely with the shake.

One of the standout features of Shake Shack is the exceptional service provided by the staff. I always eat here because their warm and friendly demeanor is contagious. You guys are doing good. My always fav Shroom Burger is delicious and the cheese fries are the best ever.

This review is based on my visit on July 6, 2023 @ approximately 12:00 P.M. Outside the restaurant is full of e-bikes and scooter. You need agility to navigate through. Once inside, there was no queue. Ordered swiftly. Ate in. Paid with on my phone. Received a numbered tent. Runner brought my food to my table. Everything was tasty. Ordered a chicken sandwich (Chicken Shack), w/ cheese & a large soft drink. While the soft drink is served to you and there is no self-serve soft drink station, there are unlimited refills while you dine in. Just ask the runner for a refill OR go to the counter and ask for a refill. The sandwich was made fresh and was hot and tasty. The were also tasty. You clean up after yourself when you dine in. Feel free to tip the runner if you want.

A bit below other Shake Shack venues, based on my experience of eating there right after Nets game. It was not very crowded but crowded enough to take away any difference between this Shake Shack and other fast food chains. Food was very good, maybe too greasy, but tasty. Shake had too much water in it to my taste.
