You will enjoy the food here at Shake Shack if you like the flavor of cardboard. The burger was absolutely dry and boring. We waited 30 mins at 10 in the night when it wasn’t even that busy. The dining area was dirty and unattended. I guess Shake Shack is not for me.

I came to this Shake Shack with a friend at ~3 pm on a Sunday afternoon in July 2023. This location was experiencing WW3 and they were losing the battle. It was one of the most excruciating fast food experiences I’ve had in recent memory.

I really like Shake Shack, I even have other reviews about it. But must say the food is not the only important thing in a restaurant business. The entire environment, service, the attention the employees gives to the customer must be considered. And this last point is just ignored in this branch of Shake Shack. Looks to me the employees don’t want to be there, they just don’t care, it is like… “What ever”. It is really a shame.

Burger is not hot and the patty is dried and fries are soggy despite the fact I waited for a while. Also fries were frozen burnt which I can’t trust their food safety. Is Shake Shack changed or this store has no quality control? Should’ve gone to Five Guys few blocks away. Waste of $20. I’m throwing it away

Good Burger and fries, but the size of burger is not compared to the price. Unfortunately because the taste is good and better a common fast (consider that it is at the same level of a BK/MCdonald in Italy, where the fast food are at a good level of price/quality). Anyway, if you are hungry, choose the double.
