Disappointing experience on 8/29/23. When we first arrived, there were 3 employees standing behind the counter when we stepped up to place our order. All 3 ignored us. After waiting a bit I asked “should we place our order at the kiosk?” They all pretended I hadn’t spoken. I asked again and finally one of them looked up and nodded “yes”. So we ordered at the kiosk. Food was prepared quickly and the lady who brought it to our table was very nice. The fries and shake were good. The burgers were horrible and so dripping with grease they were inedible. The buns even soaked through with grease. So disappointed since I’d talked the place up to my husband after eating at a location in New York. Won’t be back. Restaurant itself was very clean.

Chicken avocado sandwich was very disappointing. Bun was smashed and the piece of chicken was over cooked and hard. First pic was actually the sandwich we ordered allowed to what is advertised. Pitiful

Shake Shack has been my go-to burger place for years. I’m really sad about this, but this is my second time in a row (at two locations in TN) that it really has not been good. To get a burger and fries only and leave a tip with the total equaling almost $18, it’s a huge bummer to not think it’s very good anymore. The bacon has been so hard I can’t even bite it so I’ve just thrown it out and both times, I’ve only eaten half the burger because it wasn’t cooked well after asking for it well done. I’m not sure if something has changed with the meat, but overall, the taste has not been the same. Again, I’m really sad about this because this has been my favorite burger place for years, but I may need to find somewhere new. I hope this can be improved!

Nice spot with great fast casual burgers. Fries are often good, but cold this time. The Shake had too much going on to actually get through the straw. It wasn’t thick, just too much stuff. The registers were unattended, kiosk ordering only.

I ordered food here online on 6/30/2023. I ordered 2 shakes & 2 burgers. The online order said I would receive a text message when my order was ready, but I never did. I waited a while before heading to Shake Shack since I hadn’t received a text & wasn’t sure if the food was ready. When I arrived in the order pickup area, the burgers were waiting for me in a bag (& were already getting cold), but the shakes were nowhere to be found. I had to ask for the shakes to be made all over again & it took at least 10 minutes before they had them ready for me. The food was fine, but overpriced in my opinion. The technical/logistical issues (not receiving the text & then having to wait for the shakes to be made again) were quite frustrating.

Ordered 30 min ago with no one here. Still havnt gotten our food. If we had wanted to wait the time for a sit down spot we would have gone to a different restaurant lace. We were really hoping for speed. Only ordered 2 burgers.
