I liked how it’s super easy to order at the kiosks. The burgers are not huge, but really, they are the perfect serving size. I was totally satisfied the spicy fries are very spicy, so keep your delicious shake close by. If you don’t like hot fries, I suggest getting the regular fries and adding some old bay if you want a kick without the spicy hot. Fountain drinks get free refills even though they don’t announce it 🙂

I recently tried the new Shake Shack in Kentlands Gaithersburg and had their burger and fries. The burger was juicy and flavorful, while the fries were crispy and well-seasoned. We ordered from Shake Shack for delivery. The avocado bacon burger was delicious. The bacon was crispy and the avocado was fresh. The gluten free bun was a bit burned for my taste from the grilling but overall the burger was good. My daughter ordered the spicy crinkle fries and said they were very spicy even though it was just a spicy powder sprinkled on the fries.

Opening day, off to a great start. Super busy (of course) they were definitely staffed for it. Extremely friendly staff. Very juicy fresh burgers and chicken sandwiches. I would recommend the burger over the chicken sandwich tho. Definitely ask for extra shack sauce. We ordered togo and picked up at the walk up window which is very convenient. Prices weren’t as high as I expected. Expect about a 5 guys sized burger.

I’ve had shake shack plenty of times but first time at this location. I went with my fiancé and we enjoyed the food. Both burgers were very tasty. I had the avocado burger with the mango CAF and my fiancé had the double smoked burger with the dragonfruit drink. Overall it was good but of course it’s a bit pricey for some burgers and a drink. The staff was very friendly so overall good experience.

Store was a bit on the messy side, with a lot of employees just standing around talking to each other. Service wasn’t seeking out issues with people and after waiting a few minutes I had to interrupt their conversation so they could help us out.
